  1. I have defeated 6 Kuva Liches during the weekend and receiving a new Kuva Larvling was no problem then. But after those I haven't been able to spawn a new Kuva Larvling when soloing eligible missions, I tried more than 40 times. If I have a friend who hosts the mission for me who doesn't already have a Kuva Lich, I can kill the Kuva Larvling during that mission and still recieve a Kuva Lich though.

I suspect the game somehow thinks I still have a Kuva Lich somehow even after one of mine was defeated and converted. I am currently playing the game and might have a Lich when you read this (that I got from my friends hosting for me). But would like to be able to get them by myself later.

Should i contact support about it? If so, under which category?

  2. My 2 cents on the nightwave and umbra forma debacle

Nightwave is an incredible addition to the game, it gives new players an absolutely needed extra boost, at the same time as acting like an extra added bonus reward for everyone playing the game and doing various things. It also has the potential to diversify gameplay for many players who otherwise might get bogged down doing a singular type of mission all the time without even thinking about it. It has all these fantastic positive things about it. But for anyone who feels compelled and a very strong drive for absolute completion, it turns into something quite the reverse, a nasty 10 week scheduled chore-list.

So it all comes down to the way people view the rewards of the nightwave. When I look at the current reward pool I only feel like 1 items is unmissable, you guessed it. The umbra forma. This is not to say that I might not feel otherwise during other weeks if there is better cosmetic/emote rewards. Then I would feel a strong compelling reason to enter into this torturous 10 weeks of chores again.

I think of many good ways to fix this. The mods being tradable is an absolutely positive and important factor. If the umbra forma was tradable this would be a plus, but it wouldn't solve the underlying problem. If you make for example, the wolf credits able to buy the later rewards without having to participate for the whole 30 ranks, that would make things a lot better. You might also enable some kind of shop where you can buy earlier rewards from previous nightwave events for double the price of wolf credits, so nobody feels left out who wasn't playing the game earlier.

I am sure you can figure it out, but PLEASE don't try to use the umbral forma as a way to force players to play a ton of chores every week just to not get left out of having immeasurably powerful warframes, it's just evil.

  3. I agree. Rhino is my main frame I play and I actually think the original Rhino and the Rhino Prime skin are some of the best looking skins/frames in the game, but their aesthetics get completely crushed by iron skin graphics. Iron skin will be activated 99,9% of the time so you will always look like crap with either of those skins. So I also use Palatine skin, but it is actually subpar in it's basic aesthetics, it looks kind of like a mess on his chest with all the brighter metal. Just look at this Skin comparison, The original skin is very simple and sleek.

  4. You probably won't make it unless you are already rank 15 this week by my (crude) calculations. This is also based on the assumption that the actual Wolf of Saturn 6 nightwave ends on week 19 and not earlier. Since it started on week 9 and was supposed to last 10 weeks according to devs that is the basis of my assumption.

Let's say you find the operatives once per hour by doing missions, and you would get 150 points every time you found them. But you need 150000 points so you need to play 1000 hours in one month, not possible.

  5. I actually upgraded systemic overdrive for an additional 150k focus points, but it doesn't seem to even give more efficiency. I get 20% bonus efficiency for about ~5 seconds after I use Void Pulse. If I remember correctly that's the exact same as the first rank of this passive ability.

The description also says that it's supposed to "last for the duration of the mission", how is that 5 seconds?

  6. Yeah they might not be related at all, but at one point earlier than I started recording I saw 2 players in downed state get up simultaneously while there was this same green "spring" effect underneath the player that the orokin beacon drop makes on the frost himself.

I'm pretty sure I was the host, at least wasn't lagging one bit personally in the game. The other guys might have lagged though.

  7. I was playing a game yesterday and someone was able to res (get players up from downed state) instantly, even in aoe form (didn't manage to capture this on vid). There was green circles surrounding the ressed players, as an actual effect of some kind. Then I see frost prime in the game laying out some orokin'ish beacon looking thing (at start of the vid). At one point (1:10 in the vid) it looks like I get ressed up twice or something instantly. I started recording after I saw 2 people getting instantly ressed at the same time just because I was so wierded out. Need some answers! :) Hopefully posting this isn't breaching any rules, if so, I am sorry.

    Here is the vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXMDZY-Mw2I

I swear a bit in the video, so you are warned.

could it be the medium team heal, does it ever revive from downed state? I am also not using quick thinking, if that looks similar.
