  1. Let's say it isn't a placeholder and it is what it is...
    - This whole thing should probably last for a whole week like the past anniversaries.
    - 0/3 indicates that you only need to do 3 runs. Which obviously isn't something that you can call "farming"
    - I highly doubt DE will put a super hard mission gate to prevent new players from getting these.
    - Even so, one can always join a pub game and there will always be that one Mirage Simulor who'll finish the entire thing for you.
    - Doomsaying is bad, and you should feel bad...

    I would probably change the title to:
    So now we have to build anniversary weapons and not get catalysts and free weapon slots?
    Makes much more sense amyright?

  2. Let's use the word worst cuz there certainly aren't any *useless* frames per se.

    • Hydroid - Cc frame with poor cc / very random skill placements / Just a loot booster to support Nekros.
    • Zephyr - Skill 3 is amazing but that's it. 1 & 2 isn't useable on probably like 90% of the map that you could play in. Skill 4 prolongs the fight than necessary.
    • Oberon - type "define:mediocre" on Google. That's him.
       
  3. I personally think the concept for his skills are on point.
    The only problem I'm having is it's mediocre effect.  Like srsly even if you cast skills 1-4 one Rhino Stomp will still perform a better cc.

    1. Tempest Barrage - Calls down a barrage of liquid fury that "heavily knocksdown" enemies. (Remember that Bursa that knocks you down for like 3-5 seconds? yea that)
    2. Tidal Surge - Hydroid goes into *liquid state* at the end of each wave that enables bullets to pass through him for a short period of time.
    Enemies & items collected by the wave are also stacked on the same spot where the wave ended instead of randomly throwing them around. (Think of Nidus' Larva)
    3. Undertow - Remove it period.
    Change it with
    3. Whirlpool - Summons a whirlpool of death that "slowly" drags enemies from the outer radius into the center. Enemies at the center are drowned where they continuously take damage depending on the element used and are susceptible to tenno fire.
    (Think Vauban's vortex albeit slower and larger, but has a mini Tornado function like Zephyr's. [Only 1 pool may be active at a time]
    4. Tentacle Swarm - Will be amazing if we can have a more consistent* spawn and not super random.

    Passive:
    Rain dance: Allies within the vicinity of his skills are refreshed*, slowly regaining energy overtime.

     

  4. This mission type bores me to death since I used to run JV a lot and this is my most hated part.
    The time that I'm going to spend farming Nidus was spent grinding for prime parts and other stuff instead.
    I sold them for plat and bought Nidus.
    I didn't have to spend real cash and buy plat, I just had to find an alternative way to get it...

  5. I'll shut-up about Ash once:

    1. They remove the non-existent stagger/stun effect on Smoke Screen and replace it with blind or simply give it a fixed duration of at least 3 seconds.
    2. Smoke Shadow augment is affected by range mods or at the very least given a REALISTIC fixed base range whilst enabling enemies to be open for finishers.
      (Not sure what they were thinking when they gave it a non expandable base range of 5 meters)
    3. Bladestorm the movie is fixed.

    These changes are highly sensible and would be a huge QoL improvement for Ash.
    Sadly, I'm afraid DE has already moved-on to the next frame and will no longer bother with such trivial stuff.
    In short, this feedback is basically a waste of time and effort.

    I agree to almost everything that you said except this part.
    Bro, pls don't... We all know how non-existent and useless that so called mini-stun effect is.
    They're probably just using that to justify the non expandable range on Smoke Shadow Augment.
    5 meters really? Hell even Ivara's cloak arrow with max Narrow minded is easier to work with that this.

  7. 1. Are the devs currently happy with the way Ash's Bladestorm animation works right now?
    Cuz I know most players aren't.
    Personally, I feel like the goal of having more interaction with it was not met since we are still stuck watching the animation more so if we utilize your new target mechanic.

    2. When are we going to revisit the Focus System?
    It's been a year since you released it and by this time you should probably know that most people don't bother using the active skills.

    I don't think you're getting his point.
    Bladestorm is still the same as the old one with just a trigger mechanic added. (marking)
    It did not make it "more engaging" in a sense that you are still stuck watching the kill animation.

    But if that is your definition of fun then who are we to argue.


     

  9. Things I'd like to get a rework/revamp:

    1. Sortie System

    • Implement Token system which lets players work towards the rewards that they want.
    • New fun modifiers ie; Clone Overload (Enemy spawn x3), Triple Threat (Fight Grineer, Corpus, Infested), etc. cuz having reduced energy on sortie 3 90% of the time is getting boring.

    2.  Impractical / Boring / Lazy / and or less useful frame skills that may not work

    • Ash's Bladestorm Animation - I srsly can't believe how most people including the devs are okay with this.
    • Zephyr's Tail Wind & Dive bomb
    • Trinity's Well of Life
    • Oberon & Hydroid's mediocrity
    • Limited Limbo

    3. Raids & Arcanes

    • Remove shít-canes Arcane Warmth, Resistance, Deflection, Ice, Nullifier, Healing etc.
      Nobody uses them because there's very little to no situation to use them over other arcanes. Better yet, just merge them into one.
    • Incentives for raid players like raid exclusive syandana, armor or skins (like celestia syandana). Obtainable via raid tokens.
    • Challenging and Deadly Boss Fights. Raid Bosses should have an armor unique to their own that isn't affected by cheese like Corrosive Projection.
      They should also be able to adapt to tenno abilities, have attacks that inflict "true damage" and interesting mechanics that does not always include an invulnerability phase.
    • Also for the love of god, update Lotus' transmission that stops her from being vague and instead give clues on what to do that makes sense.

    4. Profile & Achievements

    • MY PROFILE should display useful information that allows people to see the player that you are.
    • Statistics that displays most weapon, frame etc used should be more accurate.
    • Minor things that nobody really cares about should be kept minimal like the number of scans you have on a Grineer Lancer.
    • Achievements should provide long term challenging goals that differentiates one tenno to another.
      Example:
      Spoiler

      Killing 1,000 players on Conclave awards you with a unique badge and a title of Champion Gladiator that is displayed on top of your profile.
      Reviving 500 players for example can give you a medic badge and an awesome Combat Healer title.
      Collecting all Arcanes rewards you with the title of Master Arcanist or something that sounds *cooler.
      Completing all the color palette and selected armor/syandana sets give you a Fashionista title.

      These achievements rewards are just samples and can be other things like skins but the main purpose is that it should be different from the ones we have now in a way that you don't automatically get them from playing randomly but by specifically working towards them.

    5. The Focus System

    • Let's face it. Most people just level the passives on these school as they are normally the only things worth the trouble for.
    • Start by making active skills "Active" first by changing the flat reduction amount on Focus Masteries to a percentage.
    • Active skills should be integrated to warframe and tenno actions and not be limited to a single press of a button condition to trigger it.
      Example with Zenurik & Madurai:

      Energy Surge
      Now
      Activating skill 5 - Void Pulse will leave a field that replenishes 2 energy per second to allies standing within it for 5 / 7 / 10 / 12 seconds.
      Rework
      Using an ability replenishes a small amount of energy to allies within 20m radius.  

      Meteorite
      A forceful blast strikes the target of the Phoenix Gaze, Inflicting damage to nearby enemies within 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 5 meters.
      vs.
      Chance for a forceful blast to strike your current target or a target you killed, inflicting damage to nearby enemies within X meters.
