They're in the same league as the Braton, which is designed to be just under the tier of the Karak, which is designed to be under the tier of the Braton Prime.
In the case of the Lato, and Aklato they're still the lowest tier pistol you can get because of their post-Collapse but still antiquated nature.
All that aside, I do expect to see a Prisma/Sancti/Telos variant some time down the line. In the mean time at least it's got a pretty solid Conclave skin.

But is it laser proof?
Lasers do damage through heat. If it's flame retardant it'll be resistant to lasers to a point. Probably not a very high one for our standards though.

Warframe's now compatible with VR, it has become impossible to have a 100% completion as a new player even with sufficient time and you'll need to pick and choose what you want to grind for and hope other players supplement what you have, and yet, we still don't have Grate Prime.

Ember is the only frame I just absolutely love playing. Volt's alright, Mag's got the Shield Polarize, Loki's going to be the only one for Spy for obvious reasons, and Frost is my heavy-man. But Ember? Well, I'll just let the whole Prime Access thing speak for that.
