DESCRIPTION: Varazin instant revives don't refresh until you leave the flotilla
REPRODUCTION: Run mission from fl;otilla, use revive, return to flotilla and run another
EXPECTED RESULT: Revives should be 4 warframe and 4 operator every mission
OBSERVED RESULT: next mission from flotilla stays at prvious count, i.e. used 1 shows 3, used 4 have 0
REPRODUCTION RATE: Every mission from flotilla- 1

DESCRIPTION: No kill codes being recieved by railjack squads

EXPECTED RESULT: Kill codes recieved as yesterday
OBSERVED RESULT: no kill codes in 20+ minutes recieved
REPRODUCTION RATE:any railjack mission in event at this time, -
in Railjack session (solo so I'm host) after successfully completing a murex raid, returning to flotilla then going out for another I can exit into operator but I can't return to my warframe as it is saying ability use prevented. Can only die as operator or exit railjack to get into warframe again,. Entering murex, railjack etc doesn't help relieve this bug.

You are unable to use Garudas talons when you board crewships both as the host (solo) and as client.
Kubrows losing loyalty when boarding crewships with them, no matter how you exit. Either omni recall or exiting the back they show as dead and lose loyalty. I'm guessing this is similar to the plains of eidolon problem where exiting killed them.

Not a bug, kuva weapons have lower riven dispositions than their normal versions. Mod station shows values as per base version.
All different versions of weapons (base, prime, wraith, etc) have different dispositions now.

That will be because the tiberon and tiberon prime have different riven dispositions.
Different variants now have different dispositions.

Went down there earlier today and there was a door behind me that wouldn't open back up. The intro dialogue from Eudico and Zuud started going, so I figured I was stuck and just soloed the Exploiter. There have been an obvious tunnel out that I missed though, it's been a while since I fought the Exploiter.
You just need to enter the main hall. Then you can return to the door and it will open without having to fight exploiter.

I normally don't complain about updates to systems but this new flight mechanic feels very janky with titania. Her dex pixia definitely seems amiss, feels very slow firing now and did they update the sounds as it sounds different.

Check your keybindings, update 26 added bindings to archwing roll left and right to q and e. Unbind those and you should be good again.

How long have you been gone?
Focus 2.0 landed in September 2017 and with it all installed lenses were removed. If it was before then have you reinstalled your lenses?

On today's sortie using your operator to pick up the canister to drop down the hole made it impossible to actually let go of it.
Tested again solo on normal mission below, pressing f as you used to but nothing.

Check your keybindings, the update added archwing roll left and right to q & e, at least it did for me. Unbind those and you should be able to use melee to dismount again.

The pathing of one sensor regulator inside the Uranus spy vault is broken. It no longer paths around the lowest level but just turns in place just outside the entrance area.

On pc screenshot using f6, those contain meta data that help do this.

I'm not sure if it's a bug or intentional but opening up enemies to finishers that aren't mercy ones (eg ivara sleep arrow, naramon executing dash, etc) no longer shows a finisher prompt.
Pressing x still performs weapon finishers on them though.

Personally I gave up with the configs when melee 2.9 (or whatever it was) dropped that broke them.
I swapped to this;
There is a context layer, full pull on right trigger plus direction on dpad for gear quick items.

You still get the mail, the change was so it didn't automatically open and play.

- Ghoul Purge inbox messages will no longer automatically open your inbox or play the transmissions if you have completed all of the Encrypted Journal Fragments.

Just remembered that there is no public matchmaking for the derelict, unless something changed recently, so it was unlikely to have been another player.
I't could have been the zealots.

Orokin lasers in the void and derelict proc radiation.
Radiation enables friendly fire, so either you got unlucky or ran into a troll.

You shouldn't have any amp at all for that test, it was released before amps existed.
The bug is on dying it equips it.

Sabotage missions can have an extraction timer.
How long were you exploring? You could have triggered the no kill mission timer, which fails the mission if you haven't killed anything in 15 minutes. This will have popped up a warning on your screen, though people still miss that.

The spy vault with the mirror wall hang and button shoot is broken. The button doesn't register any shots to it except operator amp. normal weapons don't work.
As there is an alternative route through the vault means this isn't game breaking.
