  1. Great! I can’t wait to finally use Xaku, they’re so much fun, but their current state is...crippling.

This will appear no different from any other update, business as usual! It will download in the background as is expected with all updates. 

    Here are some things to keep in mind before the update goes live: 

    • You do NOT need to delete Warframe before the update.     
    • You do NOT have to back-up your data before the update. 
    • Your Warframe settings should be saved after the remaster launches, but we have run into issues in the past where they have - we apologize if this occurs!

    Once we have passed Cert we will share the news and an official launch time! 

    Note: Us Canadians have a long weekend coming up (Monday, Oct 12th the “studio” is closed)! So you will likely hear from us later on in the week next week on Cert status.

  2. I'm actually having this problem too and the support guy has gone silent and won't reply to me. This is the third day in a row that I'm unable to use chat. I'm about to call Microsoft and ask for a refund on all the silver I literally just bought if this isn't fixed.
