Bump still happening. Went back to DX11(Classic) for a time. On recent testing of DX12(Enhanced) renderer the bug started to occur again.

On login all mods uninstalled from all weapons in current loadout. (LR3 so mod removal not capacity related) Frequency: Twice today (Current patch: Hotfix 33.0.3) Reproduction: ??? Recent changes to settings: Switched from DX11 to DX12(Beta) Recent activity: Prior to bug occurring both times. Public Sanctuary Onslaught to max affinity, forma applied, repeated multiple times. Prior to logout before second occurrence all weapons were rank 0 from formaing may have something to do with it.
