I think a rework of the ability would work best. It makes sense that casting it in the dark would give the dark buff for a certain duration, and the same for casting in the light; making both buffs obtainable at the same time. Obviously nerfs would be in order but this would be an overall good change.

The Tales of Duviri is a book written by Euleria Entrati (Mother, pre-Deimos) for this exact purpose. We know this because she is the one narrating the spiral stories, and the description on the Fabled Gene-Masking Kit also suggests so. Whether she had any real inspiration for such a thing isn't clear but the Plains of Duviri we know now is a result of Conceptual Embodiment from the mind of the Drifter, given form as characters and places from the book.

I was running radshares on Oxomoco - Void when I repeatedly ran into crashes every time I loaded into the squad. After multiple crashes with different squads I remade one squad and asked them for permission if I could mess around to find out the cause of the bug. After experimenting, every time without fail, when loading into the mission with this loadout: Mirage Prime Dread (Incarnon) Despair (Incarnon) Hate (Incarnon) No Companion Everyone except the host would crash. Happened four times. If I tried hosting, I could load in, but everyone else would crash. After switching my frame to Titania Prime and my primary to Tenet Arca Plasmor, the issue was fixed. I switched back once more to test the issue and it replicated the issue, confirming this had almost certainly something to do with my loadout. For the help desk people the bug number I got after submitting the error was WAR-3711517.
