    Parazon is meant to become some kind of Omni-tool, right? Well, why not add some mobility and parkour aspects to it? Instead of just stabby stabby hacky hacky? I'm not sure how you'd implement it but a grappling hook and some decent training could make for some interesting parkour to reach certain spots.

    Hold jump to shoot it, then it's going to act like physics/momentum based, it won't make us faster but it sure beats just spamming space > shift > shift > hold right click > space > shift > shift > hold right click

    The rare ones have the same drop rates as every other rare Avionic in the mode and none of those are difficult to grind. They are grinds yes but they're far from the worst. Plus everything has been made even easier to farm in Railjack due to several changes in the patch including the larger vacuum range on the Railjack, higher average Railjack speed, enemy death animations (and thus the time for them to drop their loot) are almost instant now, and the entire mode is substantially easier now meaning more kills per minute.

      

    And here is Munitions Vortex which has the same drop rates as Turret Velocity, is far more useful for clearing missions, and drops from fewer enemies.

    Tried Ruse War Field, only saw 3 Exo Outriders, but I am getting Zetki parts from the Gokstad Crewships, still the drop chance for the Turret Velocity stands as is mostly if only 2-4 Exos spawn there compared to 1-3 on Gian Point

Currently aiming for the Zetki Shields MK3 and Zetki Photor MK3, been at it for 15 hours non-stop, about 10 hours ago I realized there's no point in even doing the missions, just go in, murder the 1-3  Elite Exo Outriders that may spawn, see if they dropped what I want and abort mission. This is not fun, why are they the ONLY units that drop Zetki parts? And why do only 1-3 spawn per mission? Some missions don't even have them, AT ALL.

    On a side note (which is not so much of a side now that I wrote all of it) who thought giving the new Avionics those ridiculous ~0.7% drop rates from the same enemies was a good idea? The only Avionic barely worth farming for, Turret Velocity, is currently one of the most time consuming things to farm for, if you take the average ~2 spawns per mission you need on average around 164 rounds, assuming RNG is on your side. I've optimized my runs fairly well solo, doing a mission in around ~7 minutes, that's around ~19 hours of farming if you do the complete mission AND if you're that efficient.

     ...And let me tell you, most people I've seen after trying a few public runs, were nowhere near to what you'd call "efficient" I killed the fighters and there are still 2/6 crew ships alive with 3 teammates in my team. I'm going to make a healthy assumption those people would need 15 minutes per run, on a good day that is, those people would need 41 hours of farming for an Avionics that's a quality of life one at best.

    Yes, those are the only offers after these many days since the update launched.

    EDIT: Apparently, according to the official Warframe drop table, the wiki is wrong, the 0.7% chance is from the Gyre Outrider, from the Exo Outrider (which most people will be doing, as people prefer Veil area for farming MK3 stuff + resources) it's just 0.5% drop chance, which means for myself it would be ~27 hours, and for the average player around ~57 hours of non-stop farming. Fun.

    If AFK is such a problem they should do what virtually every other game out there does and have you auto log out after x amount of minutes idling (in PUBLIC missions only of course).  Games that do this tend to have very specific and easy to figure out timers.  

    Bans, suspensions etc. are beyond unacceptable for such a thing with 0 transparency, imo.  

    AFK is also unacceptable, imo, atleast in public.

Don't build anything besides weapons until we get an official statement from DE on why they're random/what they'll do about it + you don't really NEED power/shields/engines, they're luxury items, just play with at least 2 people, one repairs the other fights, you just need a single better gun for the pilot, that's about it, that's how me and a friend did it for the past days, we ArchWinged ourselves to the Veil, got a MK3 Zekti Cryo gun, used 50 plat for a repair drone and now I can one shot mostly everything in the Veil if I'm close enough and it crits (and with 30% crit chance it crits fairly often).

    Oh my sweet summer child, just you wait and see MK3 parts, 15000 resources for 1 part, 15000 titanium and 15000 copernics, I've done well over 40-50 RJ missions and I don't have enough yet for 1 part.

    That's where Pilot rank 5 comes into play, you can outrun fighters 😉

    None is better than none, they have RNG stats, only guns have set stats, I've gotten Zekti shields with ~400 capacity and -4 seconds delay and Lavan with +60 shields, at least if they went this route, parts should be refunded for 100% of cost, not 50%, and repair time should be 1 hour for new ones.

  11. Why are Zetki guns better than the other 2? What's the point of crafting the other 2?

    Why do Shields/Reactors/Engine have RNG stats? What's the point of that? I've seen Mk1 parts better than Mk2 parts, what's up with that? 

    Just give everything set stats, and make each with it's own downside and upside based on faction Lavan/Vidar/Zetki, reset all archwings to default, give everyone their parts back as blueprints and give everyone rush drones equal to the amount of crafted parts they had equipped otherwise everyone will be mad if something they have now is the best but won't be after changes

Intrinsics gain is not equal for Host and for the others, Host always gets less, I've played with a clan mate, and him alone for like 40 missions and every single one he gets around 8 points, and me as a host get only 5. Could be that I'm the one that deals with Cruise Ships because anyone who isn't host can get bugged out, and I think repair EXP isn't shared IF you're not on the RJ while it's being repaired, literally forcing people to not want to leave the RJ regardless of what happens, needs fixing ASAP.

    I mostly fixed mine, if you have a 5700 card, try updating the drivers to 19.9.2 (there's a newer version but that's experimental, don't use that as it randomly black screens your games for no reason)

    And as for the stutter, try setting FPS cap to 120, or 180 if you can for some buffer room? (I forget what options there are for the cap off the top of my head) Unless there's full game stutter it could be some frameloss at-cap bringing you below 60, making it feel jagged and a double- or triple-buffered framerate should smooth that out.

    Yeah the alt-tab is really weird, monitor is 4k but I run both desktop and game at 1440p so when I alt tab there really shouldn't be a change. If I increase FPS limit game is horribly stuttery and screen teary even thought it is stable at those FPSs (the 5700 XT is a damn good card lol).

    I updated my driver from 19.7.5 (which was the only version that wasn't blue screening 3 times per day to 19.9.2 which so far hasn't blue screened and it fixed the random stutters, now I play the game borderless at 1440p - 60 FPS and it's fine, weird things happening in other games though, same settings in Apex Legends, 1440p capped at 60, borderless, game runs well but VERY RARELY there's some frame skipping happening...but it's still much better than with 19.7.5 drivers 

  15. Anyone has any idea why my game stutters every 5-10 seconds for like 1-2 seconds even though FPS sits at 60 at all times? Feels like FPS drops to 30 but it's not

    Monitor specs above, it's 4k capable at 60 FPS with freesync (wanted a 1440p one but for some reason I found this one on a sale much cheaper than any 1440p with same specs lol), I tested it in Elite Dangerous and works flawlessly, no screen tearing, no stutters, no nothing, works as expected.

    I play Warframe at 1440p locked at 60 FPS in-game, borderless (also my desktop resolution).

    Things I've noticed:

    -If I leave it at 1440p but make the game full screen, if I alt tab the monitor goes black and re-connects as if it lost connection "DisplayPort" appears in the corner, this doesn't happen if it's borderless. If I make it 4k and full screen while desktop sits at 1440p, alt-tabbing it no longer does the black screen thing.

    -If I increase FPS cap to 72 from the game (it's the next step up after 60), stuttering happens way less often even though game sits at 72 FPS at all times.

    -turning on vsync does nothing (freesync is already on and it does it's job, no screen tearing)

     

    I swear that tiny little window where it dips to what feels like 30 FPS (even though any FPS counter I tried says it sits stable at 60) makes me insane

     

    Monitors/GPUs are so finicky these days, no more plug and play without further tweaking like my previous 1080p monitor (but that one was screen tearing 24/7 hard regardless if I had vsync on, it was stupidly distracting)

    I really hope so, we really don't need more Umbra frames, as a cosmetic skin? Sure, those scarves could look pretty cool on a lot of frames, but I really don't want to farm a new side-grade to Primes, that's the last thing Warframe needs, more meaningless farming.

    A better system would be retroactive correction, like player-specific blacklists similar to PSO2. Did they deliberately fail a spy vault in sortie? Doing their own thing during POE/Orb bounties? Just a mean individual?     Kind of like ignore, but for matching.

    I already don't see the same person twice, without such a system, so it would be rather pointless. They should at the very least remove the companions AFKing along side you when the AFK detection triggers. Again, this was implemented back in Update 8 when people were farming Xini a lot and Dethcube could cheese the infested as they could not climb a crate so people kept AFKing on the crate for 5-10 waves while dethcube did all the work since infested back then couldn't climb on boxes and had no range attacks.

    Automated systems are always going to be plagued by false positives and false negatives. Not everything has to be automated, especially when it comes to a judgement call. Let me, as a thinking supposedly intelligent human being, make that judgement call rather than judging for me.

    While I mostly agree with what you said, kick option is a bit too abuseable unfortunately, that's always been the case in any games with that option. 

    I think the best option is to add a "vote report afk" and if all 3 players vote yes then that person is flagged as potentially AFK. At that point a more aggressive version of the current AFK system kicks in and literally forces that person to do stuff or get constantly afk flagged and ineligible for rewards. 

    It forces human decision making into this but it's in no way abuseable like a vote kick and the default state of the game assumes no one is AFK until voted so, so there's no need for the current passive system we have.

    That was years ago. I don't think it's going anywhere, but we can dream.

    Yeah, they need to make sure actual AFKers don't abuse it, but in it's current state it's too aggressive.

    Ya, really hope umbra frames are not a thing, Excalibur made sense since Excalibur Prime is basically none existent so DE gave everyone Excalibur Umbra to keep things fair. Beyond that I don't want to see any other Umbras that can compete with Primes stat wise. If the other Umbras are cosmetic skins, then yeah, it's fine.

    Exactly, there's plenty of times where you sit still shooting or casting and you get flagged as AFK, I see when that happens because my sentinel stops shooting (another dumb system) which is really frustrating, Pet AFKing should be removed and the AFK system shouldn't flag you if you sit still and shoot/cast/provide buffs/CC.

  22. So I just opened a relic on a defence map as Hildryn with a strength + range build. I sat on the pod with my 3 on, using my 2 to replenish shields and shooting those harder to kill enemies. At around wave 3 I went to get the 10 drops for the relic then returned to my spot for the last 2 waves. At the end I had the most kills and most damage dealt but the game flagged me as inactive and thus ineligible for rewards. Can we please refine this system a bit more? It's way too aggressive, if you're actively dealing damage, benefiting teammates with buffs and shooting, you're not AFK even if you're sitting in the same spot doing that.

    On a side note, can we please remove the pet inactivity behavior if you're AFK for 30 sec-1 min ? It was introduced back when everyone played Xini in update 8-9 and Dethcube could carry you first 5-10 waves without you doing nothing because you could sit on a box and infested had horrible AI. That is no longer the case for any content with any of the companions, not to mention kubrows/kavats often sit around doing nothing, adding more cases in which they sit around doing nothing makes them appear even more useless than they are combat wise.
