I think this happened once or twice before, but in any case it happened again today. I played a normal Kuva Siphon and did not get any kuva as a reward for destroying the siphon. All my teammates did.
The only unusual thing that I can think of that caused this is that I fell off the map as a operator when the last cloud was hit. I can't see why that would have prevented me from getting the kuva though.

This is a relatively common bug that's been around for a while. It'd be nice if it was fixed 😊
Sometimes when you choose a Kuva Flood mission, you get put in a Kuva Siphon instead. I assume it happens when there's an overlap between the two missions on the same node. It'd be great if WF could differentiate between the two, rather than lump players together because you often miss out on the actual Flood mission while you finish the Siphon mission.

When you're a client, the recharge for Klamora Prism is bugged. It recharges almost instantly after firing, rather slowly recharge over ~3 seconds like when you're a host. It also instantly recharges to the energy level from when you started firing, rather than back to full.
Ooops! I initially put Lega, but it's Klamora Prism!

The Kuva siphon during this mission spawned back at the spawn room, almost inside a doorway. The Kuva Guardians spawned in a normal Kuva siphon location. No clouds ever appeared.

I was farming with some other players on Orb Vallis for Toroids. This was the 2nd session we had together. The first went OK. The second started out OK until the second half. It became unbearably laggy despite my ping being under 200. I couldn't switch weapons or use my powers, and if I switched to Operator mode, I'd be stuck. Committing suicide would only solve the problem momentarily. Eventually the other player's locations wouldn't update.
We agreed to leave since we were about done farming, and my mission screen showed I received 0 resources (literally nothing in the left column except 60K credits) and ~10 mods despite farming for over an hour, and accumulating at least 20 Toroids. Everything else about the mission screen was correct. It listed over 1500 enemies killed, over 100 "upgrades received", over 6000 pickups, over 60K Focus, etc.

I just tested my theory that Sentients didn't adapt to the damage types from this weapon, or that the slam attack shreds Sentient damage resistances. Neither are true.
It gains passives as you forma it more.

5 months later, still bugged. Even if you successfully complete it using the workaround Highlander mentioned, you're bound to run into other PoE bugs. In my case, the objective and map markers never updated for the 2nd task, so we were stuck running around blind trying to find caches in the entire PoE map.
Please just remove PoE from Sorties....

If you use Void Dash with Executing Dash (Naramon) on Kuva Siphons, it actually opens up them up to finishers. If you melee attack near one, you do the finisher animation on it but of course it does no damage. It'd be better if it didn't affect it at all instead of interrupting every melee attack you do near it.

I was running a rad share in a Fissure Survival mission and our group couldn't get enough reactants to open our relics during the first 5 minutes. We barely got 6. None of the enemies we encountered were becoming corrupted even if we didn't kill them.
During the 2nd 5 minutes, we tried to stay together and leave enemies alive until they became corrupted. We barely got 2 reactants in 3 minutes. It wasn't until my teammates kept asking "where I was", even though I was right next to them, that I realized I was significantly desynced from the host. They were seeing me rooms away on the map.
I went operator mode, because others have noted that it can 'fix' desync. Sure enough, we got tons of reactant in the last minute while I stayed in operator mode. Doors also opened properly for me, when they weren't while I was using my Warframe.
Our guess is that the fissures were spread out between my 'fake' position (due to desync), and our group's actual position so no enemies were becoming corrupted. Not sure if this can really be fixed but it'd be great if there was some countermeasure to desync in these scenarios

Konzu's dialog, both text and audio, doesn't always show up during Eidolon hunts/bounties.

Several defectors got stuck at this corner in this spawn room. They'd sometimes get themselves free, but at least 3 died because of they got stuck here...
If it helps, this was during the Isos (Eris) alert for Vauban Systems Blueprint at ~8:00 PM EST.

During today's Sortie 2, which used the ice tileset for defense, I joined a laggy host. I gave the operative my secondary, and shortly after the host decided to leave. A host migration occurred and I became the new host.
The operative no longer had my secondary (Pox) and I did not have it either. He had his original gun, and acted like I never gave him any gun. If I died and respawned, my secondary didn't come back. It was completely gone as I didn't earn any Focus points from it either.

This is a small minor bug. The operator's sigil is turned 90 degrees and is enlarged when viewing the Navigation menu.

If you click on a linked mod from a chat during a mission, you'll be stuck in the preview screen.

It's been a while since I've played Valkyr but I don't believe the following is intended, heh.
At the end of a Sortie Interception, I got careless next to a Nullifier and was downed. I may have been using my Excalibur's Exalted Blade at the time. My teammates, including a Valkyr, came to kill the Nullifier and revive me. When I was revived, I shared the Valkyr's Hysteria icon in my HUD and her stored damage. The mission ended right after this, so I wasn't able to see what would happen.

During today's Sortie 3, I encountered a giant rock or an extended wall blocking the path to the last vault I needed. I was using Loki and decoy + switch teleport didn't help. In the process, I got myself killed when a Scorch attacked a decoy near me. When I revived, the rock temporarily disappeared, allowing me to run past it. It immediately came back after I was past it.
After I finished the vault, I tried decoy+ST again, but it still didn't work. I was only able to get past when a Scorch somehow ran through the rock, attacked my decoy and killed me. Once again, the rock temporarily disappeared after I revived.

This has already been reported numerous times but since it's not fixed, here's another report. Wukong (and other frames) can be easily bugged when they encounter Nullifiers while using their ultimate abilities. Downing yourself and having teammates revive you doesn't fix the bug, nor does jumping off the map. Only reviving yourself does.
It can also lead to some other interesting bugs. After downing myself while bugged, I was able to use my primary.

Earlier today my squad had a host migration during wave 20. It reset the mission back to what looked like the start of the defense, and started back at wave 1. After an additional 5 waves, we were given the usual option to extract but we given our wave 20 rewards.

If Lotus changes the objective to Exterminate mid-mission, it becomes impossible to complete because no enemies spawn.
She also says "Eliminate all Corpus threats". -
Tharsis (Mars) should be a Corpus Sabotage, but the enemies are all Grineer on nightmade mode.
-
That would be my guess as well but it makes me wonder how my damage would exceed that cap. My Soma Prime does barely any damage normally, and only 1 or 2k on the belly when it's exposed. Unless I get a lot of Sonar stacking, I dunno what's happening.
EDIT: Oh, I went back to try to recreate the bug. I found it a lot harder than the first 3 runs I had, not sure why. I get it every once in a while but more often than not, my weapons just do normal damage.
EDIT2:
I got blue damage numbers a couple of items.
My theory is that it's from Sonar stacking, and I usually only get enough stacking if I'm with a Mesa and a ton of Infested spawn. Her ult kills the enemies quickly and triggers some resonance.
One of my teammates was able to 'heal' the Juggernaut as well.
-
I haven't tested this thoroughly but it seems like Sonar (max Power) can break the Juggernaught Behemoth.
I was consistently hitting the negative damage cap, healing him to full with each shot.

I suppose this belongs here. The Tenno Chronicler Sigil currently displays its path as its name: /Lotus/Language/Sigils/WikiaSigilName.
Gear wheel no longer infinite, losing slots.

This happened to me (again) after the latest update. My gear wheel was cut down to 20 slots... I lost 5-10 items and had to re-add them.
