The first time I played I was overwhelmed but it was so fun how you could fly through the air in leaps and bounds. I felt a bit confused up until mastery rank 3-4 because the game didn't always clarify. It's generally not very noob-friendly and I had to read up on a lot of things. I played solo a lot at first because you have to and also because my friend was way ahead of me in the game. I was always trying to catch up to him. So, well it was a hard beginning but I'm glad I stuck with it.

As a last resort, I tried the Ghostcyber 6 VPN site and right away it started to update again after 20 hours of nothing.

My game has not been able to launch since this update. I've tried everything under the sun and it seems to be a bug. The message I get is:
Update Failed!
The content servers are temporarily unavailable.
The update will be restarted shortly.
I put a Tech support ticket in but it wasn't resolved. It basically said try again in 24 hours.

I'm glad you got it to work. i'm about to call my internet provider to see if they can help. I downloaded Warframe onto my laptop and it doesn't work there either, so it definitely points to a connection issue.

I have the same problem since about 11:30 this morning, eastern time. Same exact message.I tried all the same things, too. I don't know if you use steam but you can try launching it outside of steam. It didn't work for me but it has worked for some people with that error. Also, have you tried updating DIrectx10 and/or Directx11 and running it that way. It doesn't give me the option but I did add in a n updated version of the Directx. See if drivers need to be updated, too. Or the usual unplugging/reseting the modem for 30 seconds or more etc?

I am not content with the response I have received regarding an individual that scammed me. I am not allowed to name him, because god forbid we hurt his feelings or something. So now he's the victim? I will have you, that I am the actual victim because I was duped. So you think it's ok that he did this because I was somewhat stupid and decided to trust someone that had a legitimate story. Meanwhile, I am treated like the one at fault. I thought this community was great but judging by some of the responses from other community members, they clearly feel I asked for what I got. How is that supportive? i am very disillusioned by all this; It really has ruined my experience here. He is currently enjoying my gifts that he STOLE because your policy allows him to walk away with it. Meanwhile, I am screwed out of 90p. The honor system should mean something here, and if people are shown they can get away with no consequences, they will continue to scam other people. How is this a good system? In real life, there are consequences if people steal things. How does that not apply here? There really is no satisfaction in this because you leave him open to scamming other people. I am concerned about people that are just starting out in the game and trade chat and maybe are not aware of this possibility. You do not let him be named so he can just walk? You claim to monitor his activity but he is alive and well, and flaunting the goods he stole at this very moment.

I understand I was highly gullible but I even told him if he screwed me over I would report him and that it seemed like a scam. His story seemed likely, he was going to stop playing and give his friend his account etc, and wanted a few nice things for him. I have been wanting Maiming Strike forever and it was too good an opportunity to pass up. I have no problem shouting his name to the world if need be and I don't see why I shouldn't when I'm the one that was wronged. I'm now out of 90p or so.

Where do we report people that screw you over in game trades. This guy promised me Maiming Strike if I gifted him NIdina shoulder and leg armor . As soon as I gifted the items, he went afk and put me on ignore so there is no way to talk to him now. His name is : -Removed Name- I don't want anyone else to get screwed over.

All really good builds...in fact I am testing out a bunch of them. I think it still comes down to play style though and that needs a lot of work. I just don;t have anyone that will help with that aspect.

All very good suggestions. Does anyone have ideas on how to improve on the builds I posted as well as a good build for Loki and the Braton Prime? Maybe post your builds and why you modded them that way?

Just to say, I was a little embarrassed to post this topic since I'm really just here to have fun and well....it's hard to admit when you suck at something. I generally play with a guy friend most nights but he always has double the kills. I also play alone a lot, too. I tend to lag behind with both him and random alert missions. I have some trouble with the parkour, typically with long jumps that probably require double jumping. I am a good team player, I always help revive and help out but also can be kind of a loner sometimes in-game. I do the sorties every day and a lot of survival and void fissures.

Ok, so I have all the frames, 4-5 prime, except: Inaros, Octavia, Atlas, Chroma, Harrow, Mesa, Mag, Nidus...I'm a few parts away from Atlas and Nidus, and 500 kuva away from Octavia. I usually refer to Distant Observer or Life of Rio for my warframe builds. I use a Braton Prime as my primary go-to, as secondary, I use a Pandero. Melee is usually NIkana Prime. Several frames still need reactors on them, a few have been formaed twice, mainly Excaliber and Nekros prime. Those are probably my favorite frames. I don't tailor to faction, yet. All this takes a lot of plat and time. . .I think it's pointing to play style. I tend to be aggressive or mostly pell mell....whatever you would call that particular brand of weirdness. ;)

I have maybe 300 hours on the game and am mastery rank 14 but I feel I'm missing some crucial information or something. I always have the least amount of damage and the least amount of kills no matter who I pair up with or even in random games. So, what am I doing wrong? I have several frames modded and built well and the appropriate weapons. I am assuming it is my play style? Any tips would be appreciated. I don't plan on giving up since I love this game, but I continue to disappoint myself whenever I play and It's kind of a bummer. I am also a girl gamer, but that shouldn't matter since I see a lot of op girls on here, too. Tips anyone? Or someone to help me see the light? Thanks.

I bought an Excaliber frame about a month ago. Ever since leveling him up to 30, he has had many problems that don't seem to be shared by others with his frame. He will start to glitch out as soon as I use the exalted blade; he keeps waving his arms and twisting sporadically, but the ability cannot be used. It will say 'ability in use' but I cannot use it, nor can I use my guns or melee items. I have found a couple of ways to get him out of this weird glitch. I either have to jump off a cliff or bridge into oblivion to respawn or press 5 to activate my operator. After I do one of these two things, I can use exalted blade again and all my weapons. It's really getting a bit annoying because sometimes none of these things work and I am in the middle of an important mission and can't help out the rest of the team. I am a relatively new player, about a few months in, and a girl gamer. I'd like to keep playing but this glitching out thing he does is getting tiresome. Did I just get a lemon Exacal or has this ever happened to anyone else? I have combed forums and cannot find anyone with the same problem as I.

Do the spy alone. That way, you don't have to deal with control freaks. ;)
