The fog quality seems to be really low which is causing the entire area in my orbiter and somewhat open worlds to be blurry when i thought through it. When the fog is off the textures somehow appear blurry on max settings I did manage to somehow fix it by turning on film grain which typically makes things look worse. Its now just that lighting issue. Even with depth of field off

I have tried everything you have said, there is no difference i looked into everything. Before i upgrade to my computer from my laptop, the game looked really sharp, clean, and there was no dirty fog look but upgrading to my new computer seems to be that way. Edit: I upgraded after the fog updates in whispers in the walls

My game settings are all maxed out, I have motion blur and dynamic resolution off. I have looked into to find a lot of the problems are either dynamic res, motion blur, anti aliasing. I have messed around with the settings to find that nothing works. Computer Specs: Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4070 TI 16 GB Ram 2.5 TB of Storage I am not sure what to do about this issue, any help would be appreciated.
