All players have different evidence.

Don't really know what to price it but I imagine it's a low price since +damage to infested is not really what someone wants in a riven. Things they are looking for is +crit chance/damage, +multishot or +base damage

When I was MR 9 I used a lot of rubico with a crit and radiation damage build. It helped me a ton with the higher lvl enemies.
