  1. As a fellow Rhino the King, let me suggest to drop the gun and raise Orthos Prime instead.

May you be victorious on the battlefields through the power of the ancient arts of

    .

Orthos Prime is like a mobile nuke when handled like a King.

    Sortie 3: Grineer Interception.

Why CC when you can spin to nuke?

    Corpus Survival Sortie.

  2. A lot of people underestimate these mods.

Faction mods apply on top of all the other damage multipliers.

    Let's say you have 265% raw damage (+165% from serration) and 477% elemental (2x 90% * 2.65).

    So a total of 742%.

That 55% would bring that up to 1150%.

Downside is that they don't work against Corrupted units (so you won't be taking them to the void).

But for the Sorties, these mods are more than welcome in every build.

  3. That's because you killed more with your melee than your warframe?

The affinity traded to focus is all down to the kills YOU make, so if you melee'd a lot trying to prove the point, you're obviously going to get more focus on that weapon compared to the warframe you got a small amount of kills with.

If both, the melee and the frame have the same lens and you only kill with your melee, the gained focus will be equally split between the frame and the weapon.

If your weapon has Greater lens and your frame has a normal lens and you only kill with the weapon, you'll gain more focus on your weapon.

Basically, if you have the same lens on the weapon and the frame, it should be impossible to gain more focus on your weapon, unless Strategic Execution affects the focus gained with your melee.

  4. On a melee with 50% base crit chance, True Steel will bump it to 80.  Deadly Intent will then bump this to 104.  Which, in addition to the 1/25th chance at a melee red crit without having to start messing around with Arcane Avenger, will make you invisible for 10 seconds every time you hit something.

There are no melee weapons with 50% crit chance, unfortunately.

Tekko, with the highest crit chance, has 30%.

However, there is a power, Hysteria, that has 50%.

  5. General:

    1. Unlock the passives

    2. Make sure the passives are activated (once unlocked, click on the passive to activate them)

    3. Use the ultimate skill to trigger the passives during a mission (by default, it's key 5)

    Shadow Step:

Go invisible each time you land a crit. Using high crit weapon (and True Steel), you can go invisible pretty much on demand.

The invisibility can not be dispelled.

At max rank, the invisibility duration is 10 sec.

    Deadly Intent:

At max rank, the crit chance is boosted by 30%.

The passive is currently multiplicative. Meaning that a weapon with 10% crit chance, will now have 13% chance (10 * 1.3).

It requires 725.000 focus to max and 7 fill points to equip. So, it's not really worth going for.

I maxed it as well, since I strongly believe DE will make the passive additive.

Shadow Step is amazing if you're into melee.

Even if you're not a melee fan, you can still equip Tekko with True Steel and go invisible pretty much whenever you please.

  6. This would be nice and keep the Relays pretty active.

Since relays are dedicated servers, I assume there won't be a lot of lag issues during the PvP matches.

So, the audience can't be in the same Relay, to reduce the lags for the participants.

Maybe just stream the matches to Twitch.

Or integrate the Twitch API into Warframe. Like, we could also have a "relaxation" room in our Dojo/Relays with a screen connected to stream. For that  "cozy" feeling.

  7. Using Loki with Orthos Prime (both with a lens), you can reach the cap in around 20 min running Ludi (Ceres).

Made a video demonstrating a run (some hints at the end of the video).

In this video, I finished the run in less than 4 min and got around 18k focus.

Once you practice a bit, you should be able to get a reliable 15k each 5 min.

  8. Really? With my "tank" frames it moves barely between two sidewalks.

Indeed. So far, it seems to work well.

When you bullet jump, do you jump leaning more horizontally or vertically?

Going more upwards (not 90°, more like 50-60°), gives a more reliable boost for the follow up move, which is usually jump + roll.

Aim glide and slide attack helps a lot with moving around in the air, jumping from one wall to another.

Aerial melee can give you that long distance glide. If you use it, for instance, after bullet jump: Bullet jump > Aerial attack > Roll + Jump > Glide.

There are a few other tricks, like timing consecutive roll jumps to greatly accelerate your speed over time (not an easy one).

Or bullet jump > jump > aerial melee, etc...

Anyway, which ones do you usually use or have tried so far?

PS: What I like to do once in a while, is ignore all the opponents and just hop around to practice my mobility skills, and get to know the map a bit.
