Still bugged please fix this is the most blatant of the bug which causes the arcane to not work

I noticed Secondary Outburst Arcane is no longer consistently working, at max stacks (12x Combo multiplier) the effect sometimes works whereas before the Dante update it has always worked. I am able to recreate the issue when I noticed the bug occurs when you melee again after you already have the effect ongoing. The arcane also now refreshes when you have the buff ongoing which reduces the effect if you swap to your secondary with a lower combo multiplier. Example: I will have max combo multiplier thus giving me the full effect of secondary outburst at 240% but if I swap to my secondary again while the buff is active I will refresh the buff which can be at a reduced effect lets say 8x combo multiplier giving me a 160% buff whereas before the buff did not refresh and held the strongest form of the buff until the end of its duration. I am able to recreate the bug in my video so you can see it for yourself in the top right corner as it refreshes twice to a reduced buff. Due to this bug the arcane will sometimes constantly refresh sometimes during gameplay not allowing buff the to take effect at all or at a reduced effect.
