  1. The problem is that physical mods only increase the specific type it states. Like a puncture mod base its % increase solely off the puncture stats.

     

    While elemental mods base their % increase off the total stats (puncture/slash/impact)

     

    Your example with the melee weapons is a bit off because you would numerically gain more damage from an elemental mod than a pure slash mod.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Issue: Physical mods (% damage puncture/slash/impact) on primary and secondaries suck

    His suggestion is to add an aura type slot that will convert and compact the puncture/slash/impact stats into just one of your choice.
