  1. Wow, that is the only reason why I bother doing Void storm in Saturn but now the game mode is completely dead to me.
  2. Considering that the Sister send you their signed contract via mailbox after the conversion. It is more than likely that the hounds are treated as the properties of Parvos so they cannot exactly bring one with them since the corpus are very strict with these things. That being said, it probably makes a lot more sense for the converted sister to bring her own hound, whereas, vanquishing a sister will provide a modular part of the hound instead. But knowing DE, they are trying to make it as grindy as possible for the first two weeks and then launch a workshop that addresses these issues as fixes. Ugh, I'm having flashbacks of the old blood again...
  3. BTW the diversified denial seems to be bugged as the mini hounds are suppose to deal 85% of the original's damage. For some weird reason, this does not scale off of the equipped weapon of the Hound so the three spectres are actually worse than the single hound in terms of damage output.
  4. There seems to be a problem with the hound's precept mod called "diversified denial". On description, it says that the hound will split itself up into three mini spectres that each deals 85% of the Hound's damage. My hound was modded with corrosive dmg with its weapon and is able to proc it 50% of the time, but when splitting itself up, the three clones cannot proc the elemental and seems to only deal slash damage which occurred twice in the 40 second duration. In addition, the single form was able to deal 10% of my tested heavy gunner's health but the clones together struggle to deal 1% of its health. Either, the 85% damage of the original means that it only scales based on the pet's weapon unmodded stat which is described very poorly in the mod description or there is a bug that is affecting the mod performance. I hope it is the latter because it will make this precept very pointless for the hounds. Hopefully this can be addressed in the next patch list.

The elite crew makes less sense when you consider that it could have been a familiar option of prestiging your crew to have the additional traits like with the existing modular weapon system instead of buying new crew members. It still is generic and boring to use but feels less like my time was wasted on caring about my existing crew and waiting for command 10's reveal.
  6. Fun fact for anyone who wants to make Liches semi viable for end game missions. I am a Nekros player who likes to use theorem infection arcane to boost minions' damage output. It turns out that the arcane also affects liches spawned from Oncall ability which led to the amazing result of making shock or toxin liches (level 75) killing Corrupted gunners (lvl 135) due to their weapons changing to dual elemental with the appropriate Residual arcanes. The limitation of this is the duration of the Lich which only sticks around for 1 minute or something and then you have to wait for 10 minutes to respawn them again. They also have the same problem as regular minions of flinching from incoming shots which becomes a massive problem in steel path so it is best to have an Oberon or ancient healer to remove the status effects. Really wish that the on-call gets revised to have longer duration and less cool down as you need to jump through a lot of obstacles to even have this ability in the first place.
  7. I played through the Void storm relic missions multiple times in a solo session to farm for the traces and radiant relics. However, there seems to be a bug in the game mode reward as I would receive regular RJ reward instead. After playing a while, I could only guess that this is due to the alert timer. Regular relic missions have individual timers which once expired, will no longer allow players to join. Normally speaking, even if you get into the relic mission in the last minute, you would still be able to play through the mission and get the relic rewards. Void storm follows the same principle except for one critical factor which is the Void storm drop table. This separate drop table seems to deactivate the moment the alert timer expires and is immediately replaced with the regular RJ mission rewards. This happened to me several times and it occurs consistently whenever the void storm alert is just about to end. Hopefully this can be patched in the future.
  8. Here is one suggestion that could make void storm more bearable which is to change the mission reward pool. Currently, the game mode will give you three different rewards from their own corresponding pools (Relic, Void storm table & Base mission table). The problem here is that a single run of the Void storm mission will give you 1 cracked relic reward, 1 Void storm reward and then 2-3 bonus rewards from the base mission. The base mission drops are no longer useful to players at this point as they have already ran through the RJ content non-stop. It would be better to simply have the bonus rewards come from the Void storm drop table instead. This will allow a viable method for players to farm for the Sevagoth parts / get traces / an alternative method of getting radiant relics. In other words, completing a mission should give you: 1 cracked relic reward + 3 Void storm rewards. This could also encourage players to try optimize their runs for RJ missions with more objectives as each of them will give a bonus chance of rolling from the Void storm table. That or simply find a way to enable multiple relics being cracked in one run.
  9. I can vouch for this as well, I was using this ability for my Nekros until I learned about the Arcane theorems and Arcane residuals. If you want to personally verify this, you can test this in the Simulucram and have your Smite infused shadows damage the paused enemies. Aside from the basic damage status effects, you should be able to see the radiation procs next to their healths. Although the damage boost is good, the issue with high level enemies are generally because of their high armor or shields of which the radiation damage are not that effective. It is still good enough to CC enemies in shooting each other and make support units like ancient healers to be useless.
  10. The common advice I hear for destroying the Corpus crew ship's 'riot' shield is to swap the pilot turret with a Photor turret (drops from Grineer RJ missions). Due to its innate punch through property, it can bypass the barrier and directly damage the drone without too much hassle.
  11. I use the Talyn turrets which is similar to the carcinox as a dakka turret but shoots heat lasers instead. It also helps that it is almost like a hit scan so the AI crew mates will almost always land their shots. For pilot turret, I use the Laith only because it feels like a heavy cannon but honestly, using a photor will work much better due to its punch through property. Talyn + Laith drops from Corpus crewships or specific fighters in the Corpus region. Photor drops from Grineer crewships or specific fighters in the Grineer region. Ideally farm these from the Veil for MK3.
