  1. 3 things. 1. I just stated that exact sentiment that this pack is not REMOTELY the same as founder packs, and anyone who would try to argue that it is the same is either misguided, wants to feel important, or is a complete moron... possibly all 3. 2. Personally I think these skins in specific should've been shelved and revealed as a new in game reward... Like we keep asking for challenging content, and the question is always "What would they even give us as a reward?", well this would be your answer... Heirloom skins... They introduce raids or something that present an actual challenge, but isn't reliant on your build, but on understanding the mechanics, and if you manage to get through the mission or raid without failing, you get an heirloom skin for whatever warframe you used in that mission. Though they should've waited till they had more of them made, but I think that would've made EVERYONE rush to their keyboards and controllers for a shot to get those new skins... and for everyone else, they could purchase it via the store, however the in game ones would come with special effects while the purchasable ones don't... that's how I would've presented them at least... 3. If the above doesn't work (which we all know its too late for that so feel free to ignore 2, but DE can feel free to use that for future content *wink wink*) they should make 3 packs instead of the 2 we have... 1 contains both skins at the 90$ with all the nonsense BUT they need to add Mag and Frost to the bundle, even if its just the basic versions with additional slots and everything... the other 2 contain one skin or the other, without the warframe, and throw in some plat, and some of the extra stuff... just get rid of the aya, honestly... things have felt very predatory since the aya came out and the prices on that should've been adjusted LONG ago, but at the same time I understand its to keep certain items valuable enough to purchase the prime packs.
  2. i'll double check, but I've looked and hadn't seen it. it's possible I missed it though...
  3. glad its not just me. I've seen nothing about when we'll receive it either, and the original page has been closed. i would assume so. i'll contact support like you suggested.
  4. anyone know when we'll get them? they said all participant would receive it (posting original post for proof) but i have yet to get it, even though i participated. i haven't seen a date for when we should expect them or anything either, just hoping I didn't get missed somehow.
  5. the ultimate, in my mind, would be like an atom bomb, only... in a warframe, and vary based on who it adhered itself to. the concept came from covalent bonding between atoms, so it made sense to me that it would inherit traits from whatever it bonded to.
  6. You know... I guess it does a little bit. didn't even think of that.
  7. also, i definitely think it would be a fun challenge for them to make. i don't expect they would ever make it but hell, even if it inspires a frame with the same concept, i'd be okay with that.
  8. true, but it would be a monstrous CC frame. Legit I didn't mean to make it a CC monster, it somehow just came out that way as I created it abilities.
  9. So I had an idea for a warframe based on the concept of fusing two different things together. Thoughts are welcomed. Someone told me haerere is the latin root word for adhere, so I rolled with it. Passive: Haerere inherits traits from whomever it adheres itself to. Haerere also inherits eximus abilities. Inherited abilities only work while shields are active. If Haerere has not bonded with an enemy it will preform convalescence and bond itself to the enemy. This passive ability replaces the normal finisher so long as Haerere is not adhered to an enemy. Buffs - Grineer = armor and status damage buff Corpus = shield regeneration and 50% ability efficiency buff Infested = reload speed and multishot/combo chance buff Sentient = innate adaptation and critical damage buff Orokin = All damage becomes true damage and damage buff (damage is based on enemies level. a level 100 enemy will give 100% additive damage, 150 gives 150% and so on.) Bonding - Based on the enemy that is adhered to Haerere, this enemy changes alongside the enemy. Grineer - Cluster Grenade: Haerere throws out a handful of grenades. Grineer will feel enticed to throw them back, not knowing they have a shorter fuse than the ones they are used to. Corpus - Gravity mine: Haerere drops an advanced gravity mine that pulls enemies in towards its before exploding. After detonating it leaves behind a magnetic anomaly. Infested - Ancients Blessing: Haerere generates a toxic aura, granting nearby allies toxic damage to their weapons and abilities. Sentient - Tau Bane: Haerere fires a void based Orb that deals heavy damage upon contact. Holding the attack turns it into a floating orb that fires omnidirectional lasers for a short period. Orokin - Line in the sand - Haerere creates a barrier of fire before him. All enemies crossing this barrier are dealt burn damage, and all allies are granted 2% health regen per second. Law of Attraction - Haerere emits an electric field that absorbs enemy shields and enemy attention. The strength of this ability is determined by amount of attraction it has generated. If adhered to an eximus enemy this ability instead absorbs enemy armor. Molecular Entanglement - Haerere launches forth tendrils that adhere to a group of enemies, allowing them to feel what the others are feeling and causing confusion. Proteolytic Release- Haerere forcefully splits itself from whomever it has adhered itself to, causing a massive AoE based on the enemy it was adhered to. Grineer - A corrosive cloud spreads out, spreading from person to person upon contact, reducing enemy armor and eating through flesh. Corpus - A magnetic torrential storm is formed overhead, jamming enemy weapons and disabling enemy shields and robotics. Infested - A wave of fire washes along the floor setting enemies ablaze, leaving behind only a ring of smoldering bodies that have a chance to ignite others. Sentient - A devastating release of void energy blights all who its light touches, increasing their chance to succumb to status effects. Orokin - A sky rending atmospheric event causes the sky to rain fire and ice. All who are cleansed in this event have a chance to drop health or energy orbs.
