This happened to me too. Also robbing me off rewards(shown on mission results, but not in my inventory). Be it archwing or other missions.
Unfortunately until ppl stop anger-driven nerfing the hell out of everything, calm down and start looking at bug tickets/making things gameplay-friendly - we are out of luck for now.
At minimum, we could really use a longer time window on forced extraction.

...Look, I'll be frank.
I still don't know the logic behind people calling Viver "exploit".....
Viver has always been there, on Eris node, since that area was added, but yet none of us took advantage of it. Instead we went grinding in ODD, sechura, maybe kiste, but we never abused Viver for quick EXP gain, not until U15.
It's the syndicate that's forced player to play there.
We all want to experience the new content, called augmented mods, and yet we're greeted with otherworldly-high grindwall called syndicate credit of 240,000, while we could only obtain around 100 per normal mission run.
What other choices do we have?
Remember when U13 (Hydroid) was new? We wanted to play the content, and so we, every players in this game, farmed the ever-loving hell out of Ceres for its Grineer shipyard tile, looking for prosecutor beacons, and raised major levels on our frames and weapons as a result.
What about U12 (Zephyr)? We all wanted to build the birdframe as fast as possible to experience how she performs, but we were slapped in the face with 600 oxium requirement. We overcome this grindwall by farming the living hell out of Viver too, for oxium drop.
Now then, were the aforementioned action we've taken an exploit? was that considered as one? was it reported?
It never was. It never is. It never will.
So, pray tell me, for the love of the Lotus, why does farming Viver (that give 5,000 rep in 30 minutes out of required 240,000) in order to scale the ridiculous grindwall blocking new contents considered an "exploit" in any way, shape, or form?!!!
We just want to have fun, is it a crime to have fun? is it a crime we want to experience something new as fast as possible? is it a crime to use the new contents you worked hard to implement? most importantly, is it a crime that we don't want to waste 120 days of our lives grinding for rep?
I couldn't agree more.

I keep getting no-loot problem quite often. Unfortunately it's not limited to the void.

An option, yes. But getting two-shotted because you can't see the enemy nor can you switch excessive despawn animation off - no thanks.
It's unplayable.

Trinity:
-Blessing: Damage immunity is now based on the percentage of health healed (ie: healing 90% health will grant 90% immunity). This should make the use of Blessing more reactive, greatly benefiting players that pay attention and monitor party health to maximize its effectiveness.
Is it made so if one tenno gets to 10%HP and I cast blessing, everyone gets that 90% immunity? If not, there's a couple of caveats with this modification of blessing.
- variable latency between host and clients making it a bigger gamble than intended
- for every 10 trinitys, there is one good one. Also this change will uncover selfishness in people, healing themselves for max immunity leading to unneeded anger from others. Horror PUGs inc.
- after 50mins of survival you pretty much insta-die if shot, making it close to useless.
I'd rather propose a 50% dmg immunity that's Intensify-iable.
