if do quest with public matchmaking there is a very high chance that quest back end is reset after 24h.
this also can ocur after hotfix and any patches.
the codex will keep its front end tracker, just during gameplay you can see backend is reset, like lua popin back into void, that means all quest reset on backend back to befor one did second dream.
amp interface changeing buggy means war within quest backend has bugged and need replay and so forth.
way i found as working fix do all quest with solo matchmaking this keep things working as well on backend. and even do replay as solo.
also if you do quest on public matchmaking only update for host or one tenno. meaning all will need repeating them for them to update but may not fully update correctly anyway.
so to be safe allways run them with solo matchmaking that removes that mess to begin with.
also this bug is in game on playstation since 2017 and never been adressed!
