  1. I'm just going to fling some ideas at the wall really quick about this series of patches. -I'm on XSX and I'm noticing performance drops in Sanctum levels. Most notably the red elevator secret area with the god rays section. Dips to as low as 20FPS when I was getting a near-locked 60 last week. Any sandy areas seem to be tanking my resolution. -Banshee's "fix" was a stealth nerf. Literally half of Banshee's "tips" are "Go buy the augment for the ability." She's a painfully underrated frame, but she's also not great at most of the game's content. -Divine Retribution didn't need a nerf. At all. It isn't relevant until SP. Divine Spears alone can kill most enemies in normal star chart content alone. -Dante should not have been nerfed so hard so fast. I think there should be a rule that prevents DE from nerfing a frame for six weeks minimum. "Dante was dominant." No he wasn't, he was just new. Same thing happened with Styanax. "Here's a free frame that's actually really good. Wait, why is everyone playing this great new piece of content we made. Stop it." Perhaps Tragedy was a bit too powerful at Star Chart, but adding a BS LOS check (that fails pretty frequently) was a terrible mistake. I would have made it a cone instead of a sphere and left it at that. -Overguard is a terrible mechanic. I've been saying it since it was introduced. It's just a second health bar with static 50% DR and CC immunity. It's bad for players because it encourages REALLY lazy playstyles that just ignore statuses. It's bad for enemies because it kills CC. Then DE decides to nuke CCs that somehow DID affect OG'd enemies. If the problem is that nuke frames are dominant, why was the idea behind OG to grant CC immunity and extend health bars? I understand that there's a fine balance between "power fantasy" and "challenge." However, there is no challenge in "bullet sponge." This and damage attenuation I think are literally the worst changes to the game in years, and I think it's a mistake to build around that. Whatever happened to "shoot the weak spot"? And I never understood why the intent with OG was to swap to your operator and use your amp if that doesn't do anything of tangible value. I mean, one easy route is to just make void damage completely negate OG, but that'd be too simple. -I was very happy with the latest patches, dropping time into Warframe instead of my other hobbies, but the last patch really soured me on the game. I mean, people even demanding refunds (lol good luck with that) is a little indicative of how badly this "balance pass" was botched. My primary complaint about Deep Archimedia, though? It's boring. It's just Netracell's better rewards slightly more often. Also I got dropped from my party after one mission, so I'm a bit mad I lost two search pulses. -ALL FRAMES NEED A BALANCE PASS. If you're going to make what's basically endgame content (in a game that technically doesn't have one?) require you use one of three random frames, then I shouldn't have to go "Oh man, I've only got Limbo, Loki, and Trinity." Instead, I should say "All right! Limbo, Loki, or Trinity!" This game needs to figure out what it wants. Because right now, it's very, VERY lost.
