  1. For some REALLY WEIRD reason, Voidrig's Storm Shroud ability will shutoff whenever another ability is highlighted. Not activated, highlighted. If I use the Dpad to cycle to Storm Shroud and use "Activate Selected Power", Storm Shroud will activate and remain as normal. However if I press either left or right Dpad to cycle to another ability Storm Shroud will shut off, without fail. Oddly enough if I use the "Ability Menu" system I can activate Storm Shroud and any other ability in conjunction. This is honestly a really weird and frankly detrimental glitch. The fact that people can randoml
  2. Yep immediately noticed the issue as well. It seems that Necramechs have a "Transference" button, but its hidden. If you transfer into a Necramech than press "use selected power" you can transfer out as normal; but if you toggle to some other ability (typically via Dpad), the option to transfer out becomes unusable. Its really problematic especially for controller users as there is a hard limit on what buttons are available.
  3. This is something I've been wrestling with for quite a while: Console controllers do not have enough space to fit all of Warframe's inputs. There are so many command inputs for attacks, abilities, and navigation that it becomes virtually impossible to squish it all into a single controller without losing something. But I discovered something. Warframe's console controls have an almost "Secondary Menu" type of thing with the "Ability Menu" command. Simply by holding one button, multiple other buttons are overridden to perform new commands. So hypothetically one could move multiple commands over
  4. An odd bug I found while grinding XP for my Necramech: If you've accrued XP in Orb Valis then head down to Deck 12, you lose all the XP gained in that session. I went from being level 1 to level 10+ after several minutes of grinding, went to start the Expoliter Orb boss fight (because Mech v Robot spider sounded fun), and found my Necramech back at level 1. I went back and none of the XP was saved.

  6. Basically When I switch to say, a fishing spear, I then get options for bait, dye, and spear in the bottom right. These options require using a button combo similar to ability menu to properly open and select what items to use. However, if you have "Activate selected power" mapped instead of "ability menu" it will say to use that button but will simply activate whatever power is selected instead. Its rather frustrating.
  7. That is essentially my key issue. I've remapped Abilities to RS click (which is also mapped onto an extra paddle) to allow accuracy while casting. Pretty much everything else works minus necramechs and fishing/hunting gear going manic when trying to use them. That said, I'm using "Activate selected power" instead of "Ability menu" to better use charged abilities. Honestly it'd be a Godsend if "Activate selected power" Allowed for Necramechs to be exited and prioritized gear over abilities while in use.
  8. Basically I can't take my thumb off the RS when doing these actions. If I let off RS while casting or charging an ability I lose a ton off accuracy with them. As for toggling, I currently have a cycle power left and cycle power right. If I lose one of those then I have no way to rapidly cycle abilities without having to properly count out the number of button presses. If I miscount, then I need to cycle again until I land properly. Too little room for error.
  9. So this is something that's been bugging me for a while and is starting to come to a head: My Xbox One Controller doesn't have enough buttons for Warframe. That is to say I can't find a setup that allows me to properly utilize all of Warframe's features without sacrificing something else. So I'm wondering if anyone has found a setup that allows for fluid play without losing anything important. Needs: Full directional control, Slide, etc Primary and secondary fire. Melee Ability to set a waypoint. Can cast or charge abilities without letting off RS (its so I c
  10. When most people think of Rhino, they think of a tank Warframe. Well after being enlightened by this video(language warning) I've come to realize that simply isn't the case. Indeed only one of his abilities gives him any form of "tank" role: Iron Skin. While Iron Skin isn't active, however, he is rather squishy by tank standards. He has somewhat above average shields, but average health and mediocre (190/275) armor, as well as lacking any sort of self-heal. Simply put: without Iron Skin, Rhino cannot be considered a tank. So we have a problem. Rhino, for all intents and purposes, wants t
