  1. If I'd had to choose one, I would choose the zaw.

    Pros

    1. it has better range. This is one of the main selling points of a zaw, their range is amazing and can reach around 8-9 meters using primed reach

    2. given the right mods you can turn it into a viral slasher which is a viable end game combination.

This youtuber made a video on the same zaw you are planning on making. He uses link Ekwana Jai 2 for more status chance and attack speed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSCGr5RNsZY

In terms of DPS the Gram would deal more burst damage while the zaw with a slasher build would deal the same amount of damage over time.

From my experience, the time it takes to kill a lvl 100+ grineer heavy gunner using this zaw is similar to the time it take to kill with the gram.

    Cons

The gram has better critical and damage stats. Therefore a build utilizing both condition overload, and blood rush will see very large numbers

The gram looks and sounds cooler in my opinion

    Conclusion

Both weapons are great and if you absolutely need to pick just one, choose the one you think is cooler because in the end the appearance of a weapon is only way to determine the better of the two powerful weapons.

  2. I didn't read everyone's post because this topic is dumb so here's my opinion on rivens.

They're pretty nice, but it gets boring using the same weapon over and over again.

Nothing in the game requires the amount of power a riven can give you so I don't need it.

Some people are selling and buying rivens for the real life equivalent of $120+ dollars which makes them super nerds.

Rolling a riven is too time consuming for people with actually responsibilities in life, and spending a lot of money on one isn't the best investment right now due to the aforementioned reasons.

Everyone that supports rivens either spend too much time playing video games and not enough time doing stuff in real life, or are just normal people who like rivens.

Everyone that is against rivens either don't like them because they don't have it, or are just normal people who don't like them.

People that find this argument stupid, don't like making riven related forum posts.

  3. NEVER GIVE UP!

You say that the wolf's rewards are crap. That "he's not worth my time". That "I'll just leave mission because the wolf is worth it". BULL@!@$ WE KNOW WHY YOU MADE THIS POST. because your a QUITTER!

Shalath knows the Wolf is tough, this player knows what to expect, so Shalath carries good gear to combat this!

But you!!! You run around in your little power fantasy bullying weaker enemies, and the wolf shows up you go into full baby poppy diaper mode waaaa waaaa "my run is ruined" waaaa waaa "I can't kill him in one hit" waaaa waaaaa "he actually hurts"  ☹️

NEVER GIVE UP, if you want to kill the WOLF then DO IT, JUST DO IT!!!! DOOOO IT!

but if you don't then what do you expect!!!! Your unprepared so accept defeat!!! The Wolf is not your everyday grineer lancer!

  4. After some point in your life, when you get older and take on more responsibilities you'll realized that waiting 24 hours isn't that bad. You can read a book, or perhaps or outside for a walk. Maybe do some homework in the mean time, and then as soon as you know it 24 hours will pass just like that. As Albert Einstein proved, time is relative 😃

Hey here's an idea I bet you can kill 24 hours learning why Albert Einstein did not win that noble prize for special relativity back in the day, and maybe even learn how to properly calculate time under real world conditions involving the speed of light 😃.

Well that explains some things. I don't understand though why they purposefully break aspects of their game. I mean endless missions could be challenging and rewarding content that scales indefinitely.. but no?

They're not breaking anything, the game has been like that for years now, they just don't want to make any changes to something that isn't finished yet.

  6. They don't want to change the rewards to reflect the current version of survival missions because it's not current focus in development right now.Think about it, the developers are not sure what the future state of the game will be, therefore they will most likely not make a change to the game if they know that they will have to change it later. That is counter productive and not a practical use of company resources, especially since the game is not finished and still in beta.

DE is trying to progress the game as a whole by adding more content. In doing so from what I see, they are progressing the game's plot, and laying down the foundation for future stuff. But who knows, DE may change the rewards in the future to spice it up.

  7. Hell ya dude, Warframe is a horde shooter so more challenging creatures would definitely make the game so much more intense and fast paced like in the ❤️ Risk of Rain 2 ❤️

However, players would need more variety in the way the character equipment and stats are defined for tougher content that beyond the limitations of current game systems. In every MMO out there that isn't gear based, meaning that the character's strength isn't based on the equipment they wear like in WOW, DCUO, ELSWORD, TERA, etc..., the playable character either gets stronger through a S#&$ ton of buffs acquired through the level via items or upgrades, or through some kind of level up system.(ROR2, Killing Floor 2, Call of Duty Zombies, League of Legends, etc.)

Right now Warframe is like one of those popular MMOs where the gear you bring with you defines your abilities in the levels. However there is a limit as to what a player's gear can handle which is why so many people dislike the Wolf Boss. But who knows what DE will do in the future, perhaps in 3-5 years they may try to increase the difficulty and dynamically balance it with buffs founds in the level and stuff.

Btw I kinda of get how you feel man, the game is pretty boring when you get to the top and some kind of dynamic difficulty adjustment (DDA) would totally make it repayable.

  8. We are looking for recruits to build up a clan. Our dojo is somewhat currently under construction but we have all labs with many blueprints unlocked along with other beneficial room. Our clan has no MR requirement and it’s open to all so feel free to join. Also our discord is open to help communication between new and older members and is a requirement to join https://discord.gg/n2AVVpY

  9. It looks really fun. From what I’ve seen the combat pace is similar to destiny but a little bit faster. The playable characters have this really metallic, iron man feel to them, and the environment is gorgeous.

I think the game will do well at launch, but the future of the game will depend on the decisions of the developers. Hopefully EA has learned their lessons from previous titles.

As for warframe, don’t worry too much about the continuity of the game. The two games share many simularties but they are  not at all the same.

  10. Hello

This is a thread to about various monotonous in the game that wouldn't be so bad if the difficulty wasn't so easy. Feel free to share any scenarios, or stories that you have experienced while playing the game about the lack of difficulty in performing any task! 😄

I'll go first. Recently my supply of polymer bundles started getting really low so as any player would do I flew over to Uranus, and started up a survival mission. I haven't played on the Uranus tileset in a while, so I was a little excited to re-experience the magic of Uranus. However, the moment I struck down a level 20 something enemy with my level 40 paracesis equipped with fully ranked sacrifice mods and bunch of other good stuff, the enemy literally disappear from existence without putting up a fight. It was kind of lack luster to say the least, I was expecting to re-experience this cool space battle, survival type mission for my life as I did when I started playing warframe, but it didn't feel the same. Instead it was more of a running around, staring at the life-support percentage, and occasionally checking how much polymer bundle I had farmed.  😕
