What the Holdfasts instead does is send you into the Chrysalith normally like accessing it from the starchart, forcing you to watch the 2 entering cutscenes which are normally skipped when visiting other syndicates via the same menu and not placing you in front of Quinn either, the NPC that manages Holdfast ranks. Normally I like to use the syndicate menu to skip the cutscenes instead of the starchart.
