The A.I. is the main culprit. Buff enemy A.I. and then adjust armor and shield scaling.
This so damn true, the enemy have no idea when it comes to strategy or navigation. For example when I go down the stairs and there's damn bridge, the enemy sniper could just shoot me from afar on the bridge, but you know what they did? They follow you instead.

Hind (also deserving of an improved version)
Oh, it the weapon that was decent on crit and then it was nerf to the ground, and gave it useless status buff
(No seriously, it was nerfed when the 100 weapon buffed and nerfed came in)

The other comment that seems to pop up a lot is that "warframe is F2P done right", everything in game, aside from cosmetics (and founders stuff obviously), can be earned without dropping a single dime; hell, even some decent cosmetics can be earned for free just by playing the game.
It's one of the best, but it's poorly show how it is.
What I mean is that the game never really tells you that you can everything for free cause the only way to know that is either play the game or ask the players
Another thing to keep in kind, is the market front page can easily lead misunderstanding to beginners, you see a lot of stuff such prime access, returning vault, and bunch of stuff plat, which can lead to a thought of "is this p2w?" Since they have no knowledge whatsoever of getting plat (which is trading) to begin with

Good luck with this kitframe idea coming to Warframe which will never come to Warframe since this most like ruin the lore of how Warframe was created to begin with. Go play the scarfice quest and see how they were created

The reason these maps feel empty is because they suffer from the Syndicate structure. You get what you need, hit the cap, and forget it exists until something is added. The lack of content that has a replay factor for something like progressive cosmetics, competition, etc is why there is a sense of boredom after X runs of Eidolons/Orbs/Bounties/Mining/Fishing.
This is pretty sums it up, what DE need to do is to make a content that can never lost it's value unfortunately they don't know how to create one.
You know what they need to create?
Endgame mode where you killed a high level to get stronger weapon
High leveled enemies lvl 100-200 will drop random weapon BP, but the stat on them is completely different from one another.
What they affect is this
Fire rate
Crit chance
Crit damage
Status chance
Damage
Reload speed
Magazine
For example
The karak wraith
Fire rate 11.67Magazine 60 rounds per magReload speed 2.0 sTotal Damage 31.2Implact 14.1Puncture 9.3Slash 7.8Crit chance 13%Crit mutiplier 2xStatus chance 25%If it's dropped by the high level enemiesIt will be thisFire rate 9.67-13.37Magazine 50-70 rounds per magReload speed 1.7 s -2.3sTotal Damage 22.2-38.3Implact 11.1-17.2Puncture 6.3-11.4Slash 4.8-9.7Crit chance 10% -18%Crit mutiplier 1.7x-2.3xStatus chance 20%-30% -

Well Operators are very fast, the issue is that it is bound to energy consumption. It is essentially Itzal. You are extremely fast, but it is expensive in the long run. I am not sure how you make an Operator as fast as a Warframe without being completely busted. They do plenty of damage due to new Amps, but I agree with the lackluster mechanics of their speed.
Ff you keybind a pizza energy, you gain energy quickly while in operator mode quickly, that being said you will be wasting a lot of pizzas

Attempted Tridlon Bounty to have an issued where I couldn't transfer to Operator til the first Edilon was captured.
It happens quite often, you can also get stuck in operator mode as well.
This is a bug that has existed since eidolons got introduced, I got stuck once in slamming animation that prevent me do anything

Like many say it's a horde game.
And the ennemies are not so dumb.
If you observe carefully they react well. Take covers, move to positions, use equipement.
Par exemple they dont stay at a alarm point if you attack but take cover and try to return set alarm later.
But all this is almost invisible to us because the Warframes are sooo much powerful that the opposition.
It's like a hulk/superman vs highly entrained special forces scene.
Blam! Boom! Zaaap ! Oh a flying tank ! It's over ? Already?...
For short the result is the same that sealclubbingsome puppys.
Eh I would I argue about the enemy are not dumb, cause they are dumb most of the time
I encountered enemies covering even though I am in front of them, they don't really react at all. Most of the Enemies in Warframe don't really take the advantage of "I have the high ground" cause even though the enemies can shoot from a safe distance, they will most likely chase you instead

Maybe be if they put first person on wall latch, and replace wall jump with wall run (first person as well). I will be happy to have it

Fun Fact
This game is still in beta after 5 years, and DE have yet to create a progression system that does not require to collect all thing in the game, leveling them up, sell mastery fodder, keeps strong weapon, so that you can collect more standing
since the game is still in beta, DE should try to experiment for a possible better progression.
If you want to make a game progression based on how many things you have to collect, you have to make sure those things have value, a value that can never be lost. But this won't happen due to powercreep in warframe, because if there's a weapon or warframe that does the same thing but in a less effective way, why should I bother getting that item to begin with.

Grineer Manic's are pretty close to what you're wanting.
But not fast enough

That's RNG, I was able to get each part for 1 run though I do wish there was a quest instead, because personally I feel more connected like inaros the story that is told, is traffic story that I want to keep learning about its history.

So this a quest for the the anniversary for the upcoming "the new war".
So what this quest is: ordis sends you amission to gather a puzzle. Each puzzle represent the trials that you went through (old quest).Once you return to the orbiter, everything is dark.....
Ordis suprise by handing you a virtual cake of you, lotus and ordis. For the things that you have went through, for the things you have suffer. For this suprise celebrate your victory.

1. Not that great of a weapon.
2. Maybe in like a year or so. Like every event weapon.
Pretty much, it's mastery fodder at it's best

I would prefer fixing the open world and improve them instead of a new open world.
Open World takes the whole 1 year to focus, because of that, most of the update is usually adds 3 weapons/1 Warframe/1 quest/game mode (that has few rewards that is worth it). Which most of these takes 3 month to come up with

You know what. If we have the option to betray Lotus in "the new war".....
I'll be fine with that

If community’s are having a hard time that’s a good thing. This would be the 1st community goal we can actually fail. Honestly I have thought they were all just on a timer.
Actually, the first time that the community fail was this

You could start with prime junk, or the relics that is from the anniversary, you could sell that for a bit of plat right now. I would suggest until it's prices goes a bit more higher.
Vault run seems to be the best option since you are no longer need other players to carry other dragon keys

I have never even seen a person from GOTL.
Not only that GOTL is a non existent program, most of the players I encountered don't even know what is the GOTL
