(XBOX)Moldy Wet Loaf

Around 9:40PM EST on June 1st (the same day I made this post), I started a Steel Path Exterminate fissure and ran a radiant Lith D5 Relic. In this mission, I ran with two fellow Xbox players and we launched the mission from our Dojo. The mission was ran on public, but no random players joined. It was just me and two friends. The mission itself ran very smoothly. However, when it came time to select relic rewards, we got stuck on an infinite loading glitch where the server kept failing to load our relic rewards. We waited roughly 100 seconds for the server to attempt to fetch our rewards but to no avail. We all mutually decided to restart our games and relaunch. As far as I know, one of my friends managed to receive his relic reward (1 forma blueprint and 1 steel essence). I, however, never received my reward nor did I get my relic refunded as it was technically opened and the objective was completed. Normally, I would not make a fuss over relics but the particular relic I ran was a prime resurgence relic that I bought with my own Aya that I farmed. Any compensation or guidance on how to receive compensation for this bug would be greatly appreciated.
