The Sevati Sekhara size is not consistent on Riv-Elite Guard shoulder plate, whereas the other shoulder plates I own display consistent size. Literally unplayable

I was playing a mission on Sedna which was the Arena 3 one and I notice a group of exploiters. These exploiters were not really exploiting but were abusing the spin attack due to it's high damage. All they did was spin attacked with a whip weapon in combo with Nekros and Nidius as Nekros was used to extract the corpses for endo and Nidius to crowd control and disable. I think they should either buff the base damage of every melee weapon from the spin attack or nerf the spin attack by a cooldown or something. Where the cooldown would be 1 second and would refresh after a combo or something. This Spin attack thing will defeat the purpose of using stances or combos. Even though stance mods gives more capacity that doesn't stand to reason of its intended purpose so they should have to fix it somehow.
Response Update: Some of you are not getting the point here. Of course using spin attack it is more effective but it doesn't make it any fun. It reminds me of the old days when Warframe had no stances to begin with. It won't make sense for these stances to arise when something like this ruins the ordeal. Why add stances then? If it increases capacity than good but other than that just remove it and deal with adding more forma because again you're just going to spin attack, right? The whole reason they added stances was to improve melee combat and it's not really working to how I'm seeing it.
Are you just salty you don't have maiming strike and slide rivens?

This has happened multiple times on Sortie Assassination: Lephantis.
Halfway through the fight, after dying, I am unable to use Quick Melee, go into transference or use any Warframe abilities at all, rendering me useless. I can only shoot and run. Really annoying especially when I want to revive teammates but not able to do so.

This happened on Paimon Europa Sortie - Hijack [19 Jan 2018]
After completing the Hijack, the end screen would not load us back to the orbiter, have to alt f4 to exit

So far there's no way of disabling 2FA, even by contacting support. I've tried it once, they told me sooner or later, all accounts will have 2FA enabled for security purposes. As for codes showing up late, you may have to check your other folders like spam/trash/junk. Sometimes it may depend on your email provider, choose a reliable provider to ensure your mail gets to you on time
