  1. So, the update, much like many things DE promises, is both kinda nice and kinda a pile of steaming infested flesh. This one moreso than others it seems. I like the story, I like that we finally have more orokin around. The visual design is really nice for the most part. Necramechs feel like they'd do well having their own game, they're that good to handle. That were the good ones. Now for the bad ones. New approach to standing for necralisk is atrocious. There's no other way to call it. It's bad and convoluted. Farm resources and animals, exchange them for tokens via t
  2. And quiver requires at least two people with it to cloak the entire group with roughly 10s refresh time that is also something you need to land. Fairly balanced in comparison, non?
  3. Dispensary is pointless since you have pizzas, and quiver... have you ever heard of Octavia? Hope you have heard of Octavia.
  4. Yeah. Quasars are just a bunch of scum who spends hundreds of hours sniping rivens and then flipping them for any profit they can make. Basically the face of riven mafia that DE refuses to openly acknowledge and deal with.
  5. I really like all these people complaining about "balance" of something that requires an uhh [checks notes] sometimes excruciatingly long grind, a warframe slot to fit the thing in and 84 hours of crafting time. And having the helminth fed. And waiting another 24 hours for the frame to be consumed. In a game that just introduced a mode where unless you have a rivened weapon or a meta-adjacent frame you're SOL. I'd say it's a pretty good risk/reward balance for these things. Also it's really hilarious seeing quasar members in this thread whining about "balance". Boo-hoo-ho
  6. I'm gonna reiterate myself from the main thread in full with blatant copypaste. When I went into the steel path to see how bad it is I didn't expect it to be, well, this bad. If you've played Payday 2 right around the original release of One Down difficulty when it was still a difficulty and not a modifier - you'll feel very, very much at home with steel path. It's, well, one to one tactic of taking whatever avoids damage for yourself and picking whatever most meta damaging weapon/ability you can get your hands on because otherwise you're gonna be stuck there for an hour with zero pr
  7. Okay, you know, when I went into the steel path to see how bad it is I didn't expect it to be, well, this bad. If you've played Payday 2 right around the original release of One Down difficulty when it was still a difficulty and not a modifier - you'll feel very, very much at home with steel path. It's, well, one to one tactic of taking whatever avoids damage for yourself and picking whatever most meta damaging weapon/ability you can get your hands on because otherwise you're gonna be stuck there for an hour with zero progress. Exergis with a great CC/CD riven and geared for heat/vir
  8. So, basically, instead of just letting exalted weapons use specific mods that everyone wants to be able to use on them just so they can catch up to regular melee weapons, DE are nerfing xoris. Xoris that didn't actually do anything other than make combo maintenance a bit less annoying. Fixing the symptoms instead of the cause. DE, your game is in its lowest playercount dip for a reason.
