If you need Wisps, find them on the plains and run T4 and T5 bounties. Sell some things for plat and buy a resource booster to double your Wisp hunting rewards if necessary (or get a resource booster from the Sortie and then use it to find more Wisps).

I did it with gara (testing her out) with a nova, octavia, and a rhino. We got downed a couple of times but it goes quite well.
