Hello, 5 days ago I bought 2 Arcane Energize from the rewards tab of the Gargoyle's Cry event for 24 grotesque splinters, however upon returning to my orbiter I noticed they had not appeared in my inventory. I looked at other arcanes I could have bought on accident to see if I had more of them but the amount was the same for all other options. Also, there was no combination of arcanes that could have come out to exactly 24 splinters other than the top ranked ones, which I had noted I had no more than I previously did. The support team has been kind enough to refund the splinters to me however they suggested I make a post here to make the developers aware of the issue. I had a friend also run into the same issue right after I encountered mine, seems likely that there's some sort of bug with purchasing the reward items. Not sure if anyone else has run into the issue, just thought I'd bring attention to it.
