  1. End game is an open concept in this game. If you think you've achieved enough just by being MR10 and cleared the starchart then congrats. Some view getting to MR30 is an end game goal and are diligently playing and waiting just to reach that. For some its just something to play for 10 minutes chatting or just AFK. No one will have the same expectations and enjoyment as you have. Personally i think tackling Profit Taker, Eidolons, Getting all the Kuva Liches weapons are all enjoyable experience for me and wouldn't really call it completing the game without doing those atleast once.

No reason to tie yourself to other peoples opinions whether you want to keep playing or not. If you think you can't enjoy the game then just stop playing. You are a human being and you have your own thoughts i assume.

  2. Kuva Kohm and Exergis are pretty much the same or better in this update imo with 100% status builds and crit shotguns are doing good as well. All in all a good change overall. Tiggers Primes a little less so but changes are always happening ingame and meta changes for the better. No reason to hate it too much.

  3. I rather they have 1 for each faction and if they intend on adding stuff they can just add more to the landmass. For eg. Cetus being the hub but add Cetus II or name it something else where it opens up to more areas. POE is nice but i'd love to have an open world area based on the forest tileset though the resource required would be ridiculous ish. Maybe go for an underground world for Fortuna to an Orokin underground open world kinda thing like some of the caves.

I find Ogris shines most with a Gas Status build, not least in combination with the Slash damage on the explosions.
It wrecks Corpus hard and, especially if you can remove Armor via abilities, does pretty well still against Grineer.

2x 60% Dual Stats (Heat & Toxin) for 100% Status, innate Toxin and Infected Clip for bigger Toxin DOTs,
Multishot for more procs, Firestorm for bigger booms, Nightwatch Napalm for some added damage / CC / Armor removal,
Cautious Shot allows you to use Ogris at point blank and still feel little more than a light breeze.

+1 Same way how I built it.

What happened to the Zenistar? I remember people used to use it to meme chokepoints pretty well

Have to build up combo counter to get decent duration on it which is reasonable to be fair but would prefer something like atleast 30 seconds base duration on the disc so you don't have to get too high of a counter to get a decent 60 seconds from it or something like that.

    Edit : slow 😞

  6. Just needed to vent. Saw a recent thread about white knighting, read the OP and some mild but potential sassy replies and thought it would have great stuff in it but wanted to have something to munch on before reading it. Gets back to chair and find the thread deleted. Pretty bumbed out by it. Good day everyone.

  7. I don't really know whats the point of the above reply since it seems like you're agreeing with my point but doesn't really add anything that I think I would comment on so i'll just ignore it. To not sound rude i'll make light replies to some of your comments.

Yes. Like the souls games but scaled to how fluid warframe is. Maybe add an attack pattern that if you're on the floor you loose a life. Players need to either use flying skills or wall run or wall hang for 5 seconds. Give ample visual cue from the boss like having his hands charged up in the air for 3 seconds. Maybe boss uses an explosion discharge move where the boss charges up for 5 seconds where either players hide behind stage props like terminals or Oberon can effect the enemy with his skill 1 radiation and the attack heals instead of damaging the players. Atlas wall skill can be made a prop to avoid the attack, Frost snow Globe built right can stop the attack and protect other players.

The point is to force players to be aware of what the boss is doing and punish players that just use tanks like Inaros or nidus and melee the shiet out of the boss like you do with Wolfie and lvl 5 Lich.

About the floor markers i've explained it once already.

For that game they need to implement the marked areas because of the time needed to react is short and the consequence is big. That dungeon is for 8 players and each has screen blinding skills that makes it important to have graphic cues like that. Most of the damage is one or 2 hit before dying in that raid stage when its first available to public.

Its not lazy. Its mandatory given how hectic that stage actually is especially with 8 people running and if you're still in exploration stage and you can't see where the damage is coming from, you die and have to rerun the stage again from the start. Its a proper raid.

This is actually a very lazy way of implementing a mechanic like this. Good games don't give players a warning in the form of a marked area on the floor, but in a way that naturally fits into the game. Warframe really struggles with making the damage proportional to the amount of time players have to react.

The Kela de Thaym fight is a good example.
It has the orbital strikes, which actually give the players enough time to react. Those are very much like what is shown in the video, so you don't want too many. Overall they are a pretty good mechanic imo.
And then there are the rockets, that she can launch from her shoulder. Those are way too fast and turn way too quickly. As a result they are way too difficult to avoid. As a result you can't really react to them and the better option are to either just be tanky or invulnerable enough or to hop around like mad. If the rockets were slower and didn't home in as much, it would be much more fun and wouldn't push players to cheesy methods.

For that game they need to implement the marked areas because of the time needed to react is short and the consequence is big. That dungeon is for 8 players and each has screen blinding skills that makes it important to have graphic cues like that. Most of the damage is one or 2 hit before dying in that raid stage when its first available to public. But thats the thing, I'm ok with the Kela de Thaym fight as its a common boss fight. What i'm suggesting is making it harsher and faster for a higher tier dungeon like a boss raid.

I'm saying using that bombing sequence more often and freely in a boss design. I agree the game should use it in a way that fits naturally into the game but as per your example for the Keyla fight, the game needs to bump up the speed of attacks and test the players response times. Remove the 5 seconds countdown from the Kela bombing sequence, make it a 2 seconds delay and make a safe zone on a platform on the edges of the map. Punish the players if they don't know how to avoid an attack. Its ok, its supposed to be a challenge and players will learn either from wasting a revive or just from youtube.

It what makes souls games work and challenging without needing OP gears and bullet sponges. It what makes something like beating a gold lynel in Zelda Botw with a soup ladle fun. Players are actually challenged and acquires muscle memory to defeat a boss. You can go fight a Lynel with a full barbarian set and the best Lynel weapons all you want but it will still rape you if you don't know how to evade and rush attack it.

  9. I just made a clan myself just to experience the whole creating clan stuff and I enjoyed it a little too much. Research was easy considering i have a lot of mats to spare apart from Hema which i never plan to make and I've decorated the hell out of the main rooms and made a few themed halls already. Polymer Bundle is the only mat that i have issues with but all in all its added a few more reasons to log in daily.

Personally I wouldn't mind if people joined since i think all the research mostly done apart from the dyes and hema but i'm thinking i wont since it feels like recruiting is something that i will have to constantly keep up once i open up. I've done that role before in a few clans i've been with and its not fun really. I don't see any reason to totally close the clan off though apart from you trying to keep the clan rank low so the mats consumed for future researches are kept low but at the same time adding fresh faces everyday is not something i look forward to. I could delegate but it doesn't seems fair personally.

I've seen a few starting clans recruiting eventhough the don't have much researched but even then most have already done atleast 60-70% ish minus the dyes so theres an appeal there for newbies to join. If you're really just started the tenno lab ones might be harder to get recruits that way.

  10. Love the game A++ effort to everyone involved and definitely not in a condescending way. Just a random suggestion to the current murmurs of the player base that wants end game but not a bullet sponge kind of bosses like the wolf or a level 5 lich.

Heres an old mmo i used to play

This kinda encompass my general idea of how you can make the game more difficult but not really in a bullet sponge kinda way. You can visibly see where the boss attacks are going to be and they're fixed so it rewards players that practice the stage. Stay in said area and you'll take alot of damage. Mind you the char in the vid is a very good char that uses alot of invincibility frames with his skills so it may look like hes standing on a danger area and not taking damage. And the damage in most cases are fatal forcing the player to revive or in this particular game just fail altogether. It will take one revive for 1 mistake and it changes depending on attack,

There are also sequences where one player will get a debuff from the boss and anyone who sticks around that said player will get an dot damage. There are also sequences where a player will be debuffed and everyone needs to be around that said player as the boss casts an aoe attack where anyone who isn't around the debuffed player will get fatal damage. This will force players to move together in boss fights, players need to be aware of the teams positioning, and communicate with the team better.

I understand this will need a lot of work in terms of coding and i'm not saying that all bosses needs to be redesigned this way. Imo it is a good structure for end game content that can be implemented into the game for future raids or any higher tier contents. Players seems to be against the whole bullet sponge thing and its about time players are tested more than just what they have in terms of arsenal and how much they've farmed.

Just a suggestion. Thanks for your time.

Syndicate standing trickles in easily. Getting to where you can trade frame Augments will avail a potential 10p to you every day or two.

This and Strun Wraith parts. List anything you can at warframe market and your income will steadily improve. You should easily be able to afford slots atleast..

  12. Recruiting is already is a chore. You usually shout in recruitment chat for half an hour and get 5 or 6 recruits on a good day. Even a simple requirement like discord is enough to make players think twice on joining.

If you add a skill requirement to that clan heads will make it too easy so players wont want to leave, which they will anyways once they get their ignis wraiths (if thats their plan all along) or make the clan heads recruit even harder to get the same amount of players to join. The 12 hour requirement is already baseline deterrent so players don't jump around clans too much.

It has sadly gotten worse over the years, not sure why.

Also why would anyone harass you for being MR28? That is actually pretty high.

As another mr28 player its actually common people try to one up your opinion especially in clan chat or something the like. Further enforces their opinion that mr means nothing. I've left plenty of clans with too many players like that,

  14. Learn to use your 2 and learn to move more so you don't get hit much. Next time you're playing try to observe how useful your shield is. With most things in this game shields are useless in most cases. Also look for some exalted blade builds online for reference.

You can forma your frame upto double digits if you want but your true source of strength and survivability is in your mods and basic ones like Vitality needs to be pretty high rank.
