  1. Unfortunately I have to stick with @Wave214 on this one. I made a ticket 8 days ago regarding an account that was suspended, though I was away from the game for over a year. Still haven’t even gotten an automated response. The fact that there is an update makes sense, but 8 days without an automated response or a DE member checking in is a bit unreasonable.

    If you know that there is a shortage of support staff in crunch times, maybe consider upping the number for that time. Many players are dissatisfied with a two to three week response time for a game that could outright beat a AAA any day.

    I would consider increasing support staff or increasing the hours they work to accommodate for the heavy loads and backlogs caused by the update. 

    I hope your issue is resolved soon @Wave214. Hopefully a DE member could take note of these threads.

  2. I get that there are thousands of tickets and I completely understand that it would take a few days. My gripe is the fact that there is no acknowledgement for an issue I feel is quite serious. Many players would now be returning to Warframe after a long time away, many of them willing to drop a few dollars but I fear that many would say: “well not even an automated reply, no point getting back into this then”, when met with an account suspension. 

    My thread is generally aimed at the acknowledgment from support, not necessarily with support itself (wouldn’t be able to comment as I haven’t delt with them before).

    Luckily I only made one ticket regarding my issue, hopefully someone will notice it before long.

  3. I’m currently writing from another account as I can’t log in to the one I’m having problems with. To kick off this post, I would like to say the game looks great, especially after not playing for a year and a half or so.

    My problems arose as soon as I tried to log in with the new update that came out. I was met with a “you have been suspended until 2035” message, which left me scratching my head. No problem, just check the forums and make a ticket. To my surprise, I couldn’t access the forums because once again this message pops up. Finally, after looking at the page for a few mins, I found the button to submit.

    Up to this point I’m fairly happy with the website, except for the seemingly hidden submit button. My problem comes in with the fact that I submitted my ticket 6 days ago, with no reply. Now I understand that there are many bugs to squash and reports to get through, but not even an automated reply to acknowledge the receipt of my ticket. Is it standard to not receive a reply or will the reply come in later? I mean 6 days seems like an unreasonable amount of time to wait for an automated message.

    If there is any person who could take a look at this issue and take note of it, that would be great. I’ll continue to wait on a reply from support but I just feel that with all the time and effort put into making everything look great, support has fallen a bit short.
