Providing an extra hit to weapons that don't have the highest base crit chance seems like a pretty broad use case. Hell, people could probably use Sac.Steel instead of Blood Rush on those with top crit chance and still get good use out of it

Ah, Update 26. I remember waiting everday that month to see what would be hotfixed in the mess. Stances were high on the list. Then they moved on to Railjack... Over the years they've revisited pretty much everything from the update except stances. Yes please, they've always needed it.

Yeah you can't play Warframe for any period of time and not expect to lose all progress/resources from a mission at some point. And in Duviri it's happening a lot

Maybe they need a Cert build to fix a bunch of the game breaking bugs. In which case they're really stressing the downside of crossplay
