What it says on the tin. My decrees were flipped vertically. It happened after I accidentally hit 'Reroll Decrees' twice rapidly. They still worked, just... upside down.

I have had this too. The Operator's primary attack was disabled. Fortunately, the Amp I had at the time has a decent alt-fire and I was able to finish the mission that way.

Title says it all. I was at the in-world shop at the bottom of the palace (near the mission exit). Checked to see if I had enough Enigma Whatsits for the owl. I didn't, so I exited the shop. The shop UI vanished, but I wasn't given control back. Just stuck staring at the shiny little carriage. It *felt* like it was waiting on me to make a dialogue choice, but there wasn't one there. No amount of key-clicking worked to resolve the issue. (It is worth noting that I had spent *several* hours grinding and farming. The sound I made when this happened...)

Had this one myself. In my case, the reflection was standing on top of the invisible from that angle chest (which has a startlingly large hitbox, apparently).
