  1. I was doing random relic missions on Mars recently and in listening to the ambient sounds I realized how much we need a desert open world. For some reason I love the idea of exploring whole deserts.

    I will say though having giant worms as a thing to fight or perhaps just encounter would be amazing. Their presence could explain the caves that will be around the map as products of their digging, and they can present a random large threat. Also, we definitely need sandstorms

    Spawn rates on cross play is dictated by the host with Switch having even lower spawn rates than the already reduced PS4. PC would get treated like the favorite child, PS4/Xbox would be the middle child, and nobody will wanna deal with Switch as the ugly step child with PS5/XBSX just being ignored as even though they can handle what PC runs they still have last gen hardware spawns.

    We already have multiple topics starting to creep up regarding this in general forums and feedback forums asking to give the player base a way to dictate their host preference, primarily from PC (but even console players asking to allowed PC player host preference) players not wanting to play the game by console standards, understandably so at that. If you're used to 20 ~ 30 enemies on screen in one room in front of you at any given time, then made to play at half or less than that because the host is on weaker hardware, you'd be fairly bored and annoyed at such a situation too.

    As for the symbol, the swirl symbol just means the person is not on the same platform as you. Everyone sees that and it will stay that way so people do not get discriminated against for the platform they play on. 

    So that’s what the swirl means. I must ask, why do they think potential platform based discrimination is that much of a concern that they must hide it from everyone?

    I doubt TennoCon'll change my outlook on the overall dilemma. The New War & The Duviri Paradox can't save this game. The same old cycle of dipping in & out after major updates will continue. By then it'll end with a whimper, not a bang.

    Very true. The new mods and arcanes seem to further the gap but in the opposite direction with primary and secondary weapons potentially becoming far more powerful than melee

    I really hope the Tenet Plasmor has massive damage because even less fire rate and reload speed doesnt seem to compensate a bounce mechanic of a projectile with already low life time.

    Agreed. It actually needs to be a decent weapon in terms of damage. That’s why DE should actually look at reworking the Plasmor and starting fresh instead of just keeping it at its harshly nerfed state

    Thank you for the info, but it’ll have a slower reload speed?! The regular arca’s is already slow as is. As for ricocheting plasma/radiation blasts yeah I don’t quite understand how that’ll work, but I’m hoping that these changes will actually make the Arca Plasmor a reasonably usable weapon again. It’s truly a shame what DE did to it. It was too powerful, but there certainly are better ways to fix the issue surely.

  7. The title is pretty self explanatory heh. Anyways I was doing Veil missions and decided to head back to my Drydock, when the entry animation was over a crewship decided to be there and it caused a lot of lag while phasing through a large part of the room. It actually shooting my docked RJ and damaging it, causing fires and a catastrophic failure.

  8. New glitches discovered. Most for the 

    Archwing slingshot: several times I’ve used it I either get stuck in the screen but don’t get launched. Can usually fix this by using operator. Other times I get a gray screen and have to launch blindly then hit the Railjack instead of going anywhere. 

     

    I encountered one bad glitch in which I detonated a Grineer crewship from the inside and, presumably, my crew shot it with the artillery cannon from the outside. When I tried to escape via the back I was caught in a gray, then black screen and could not use anything to get out of it. We had to return to dojo and I had to go to my orbiter and join back with the squad to fix it 

  9. Just thought I’d make a list of Railjack glitches/issues I have experienced since starting it up. I do this in a effort to help the DE Devs and hope they see this. 

    1). Lag, lots of lag sometimes, in fact often. Especially problematic when trying to go through the doors that appear open but actually aren’t. 

    2). In the dome round cannon sometimes you will see through the Railjack after the animation of going into it stops and this makes it harder to aim it properly. 

    3). Whenever I am in a different squad and I go to customize or upgrade my own RJ in their dojo it will not let me enter the host’s RJ due to the fact that, or at least I assume so, it replaces the model/skin of their Railjack with the one I have (I use Sunbeam) but for someone who doesn’t will have their RJ turn to mine on my screen but with their colors. This also seems to happen if the host also has the Sunbeam skin.

    4). When on the Forge and going back to dojo (or maybe any mission) I get stuck in animation of bending over the forge. It can be fixed by setting up shop in the dojo but still annoying.  

    5). I’m actually not sure on this one due to the fact that I haven’t paid full attention but it seems like the bonuses at the end of each RJ mission have not been given to me at all. Like I said I might just be overlooking them but it seems some others have had similar concerns with this.

    These are all the ones I have experienced personally and I hope this info can be put to good use. Also I am not 100% sure if I posted this in the right place. It has been a while since I’ve been on these forums

  11. I though about it too and I really hope the whole Origin system goes to full out War against the sentients. Maybe even all of the sudden they raid a Relay you are in or your dojo! Sentient invasions, more grineer allies. The possibilities for expansion are endless

  12. I think that they should change the Catalyst and Reactor from the Sortie to being fully built instead of BP. Sorties are endgame content and so as a player their is nothing more annoying to me than to do something like the sortie and get a Orokin Reactor BP of which I already have 7 built ones, especially when certain other random/normal events don't give a BP of either of these. Formorian and Razorback last time I checked give a fully built Catalyst or Reactor and that is much easier than even the easiest Sortie.

    Basically if they are to keep them in the drop table make them fully built versions. 

    Ps if you think I'm being selfish if lower tier players did the sortie and got a built Catalyst or Reactor it would help them a lot more than to use the valuable resources that it's takes them to make.
