Are you scanning them while they're alive, dead kavats give no scans. The ones I've been scanning are giving a reasonable amount, I don't need to scan them but it's like a little side game when I'm in the void, see if I can scan them before they get in the way of my weapons I fire at the enemies.

Here's a Pro tip: play the game normally now and then and don't speed run, or speed run with Xaku so you can tell by the icon showing on the minimap which star dropped from the container. I have hundreds of each type of sculpture fully socketed and still have plenty of amber stars to spare over 1000 amber and around 5000 cyan stars, I even sold them at one point in my gaming time but decided to start keeping them to see how many I could slowly build up. That Amber Star Blueprint is not worth it IMO. Another method that seems to work I've noted is doing isolation vault runs, slower but I've seen a few ambers drop when you break all the containers at the end. The best way is to break every container or if you have time open all the storage cupboards, slow but does work and they do build up.

You left off Vauban Prime, it's a butugly prime skin, the first thing I did was get the Knight-style skin, it looks way better IMO. --------------- Fashion frame is subjective to the eye of the beholder, I don't have GAUS Prime yet but so far I like my old frame look going on screenshots above, time will tell how I colour him.

All this below is pointed towards the Steel Path circuit, 100% completed steps and every bit of content in the game max'd out/finished to be able to replay when I want to, one frame away from LR4. The RNG in the circuit is horrid most of the time, my arsenal warframes pimped out along with the 400-odd weapons because I like experimenting with them. I'd love to get your 70-80% rng drops what I currently get is not what DE stated as the picks you'd get in the cave, having lots of weapons and warframes fully forma'd out seems for me to make no difference and I had them all pimped out before the circuit was active. I even went and rebuilt some old mr fodder weapons like the Kestral and each time I built an old weapon I'd stop getting it as a choice, so DE's dribble about picking stuff from your arsenal with forma's on them is total bs sorry to say, at least for me RNG sucks. I'll admit I've had some weeks where I've had some good picks with either a weapon or the frame that can carry me and help out the team, I've been playing the circuit from when it first dropped and find nothing like what you experience in % rate picks in the cave, I wish I did. I do like the mode it makes it fun and interesting but after constant picks that would not even work in there because of ammo efficiency and the number of bullets to kill an enemy the weapon soon becomes useless. I'll admit I just looked in my picks at present, the weapons are irrelevant with one of the warframes in the pick and that is Mesa, the rest are Inaros, Garuda, Atlas and Protea, weapons are primary: felarx, baza pistols: zylok, pox and aklato (I don't own it) melee: dark sword, okina and create. Whats strange is in SP circuit the weapons forma count okina 0, dark sword 2. Cerata 1. zylok prime 0. pox 6. aklato (don't own it anymore) p.s. I love my pimped out 6 forma Stug with corr, rad and heat with a riven multi-shot and damage, I don't use it enough tbh.

I like the circuit though I don't need to do it anymore unless I want rivens and kuva I own everything else, I normally do the Lone Story now and then to keep a supply of clamps though I don't think I really need them anymore for arcanes in the shop. Most of my frames are pimped out as I play quite a few of them on and off depending on my mood, I also have a lot of weapons pimped out, the one thing is when I keep getting MR0 type weapons as an example: Kestral and Viper, there are more but the problem I've found with them is the ammo economy is next to useless for how many shots it takes to kill an enemy, so I have to pray to the RNG gods that I get a frame or one weapon that can carry the session, seeing as I own everything it goes like this check Nav menu look at the selection and go nope go do something else. The decrees do make it fun IMO, when you get certain ones it makes it super funny like the headshot toxin spreader blah blah as space kid shoot a Dax in the head if others are close enough you can complete that stage in one shot. The time spent getting to R10 was easy IMO, or I didn't notice because I was in the awe stage of the new content and loved just being in there, I still find it fun for a change, this game has so many different types of content that if you can't find something you like then you're super fussy and easily bored.

I'm with you, ^ I would trust the nav panel's timer more as well, If it's showing Teir: Gold for me, it doesn't go any higher so the event farm for curses is over. Glad I got it all farmed before my computer had a stroke after updating to W10pro x64 from W7 Ultimate x64.

No, it has to be base Heat on its own, like Gaus Thermal Sunder, any Heat ability from say Ember.

Melee Energy Channeling I really miss that, back in the day you could sneak around necking everyone and they'd just disappear as they are decompiled to nothingness, the only thing that does it now is the Arca Plasma shotgun when you kill an enemy.

If DE did make it mandatory for the event then I guess they can remove it after the event is over, though I'm going to say no, I'm leaning heavily towards my if you want to farm the Angel do it on Zarimin, quicker as well, the Angel in the new Assassination is only good for the Event, after that it's useless IMO, unless you're doing it SP Solo and may as well do it on the way out as I do. In regards to the Curses, I'm already at a Tier: Gold statue so unless there is anything else they're used for then the event is technically over for me.

Yeah, that would suck, it takes only minutes to kill the Angel though some players are just impatient, I can kill it as they finish the first cycle. I guess those players are farming just the boss, I'll do the boss fight solo in SP if I want to look around and do every bonus objective. If I join a pub group, I'll see what stage they're at and kill the Angel immediately before they get to the Boss fight. This new system though is going to be like Russian roulette do I do the Angel or not, do I have the time those will be the questions I'll ask myself if I join a pub squad late. DE maybe needs to make it so the Angel is one of the objectives, then on the other hand if you just want to farm the Boss there is that argument.
