I've noticed this seems to be with Extraction mission, every single time we get it. It bugs in some way, either enemies dont spawn, or if they do and you complete, cant extract. And it usually comes up as the 3rd or 4th mission in the circuit. I've lost like 3 whole entire circuit levels from this alone. I've had hours of my time wasted from this. This urgently needs to be fixed, it really impedes progress, since you lose all the progress you've gained so far being forced to exit mission.
