  1. Sometimes there's actual bugs where rewards somehow get locked in and you get the same thing over and over, it happened with bounties and Arcanes from Duviri portals, from the top of my head. Sometimes rewards are screwed in other ways too, Warframe's buggy as hell why would that part be any different? But really, in this case it's probably just RNG. That's what happens when you have 100.000 people spinning the roulette - some of them get super unlucky. It's why games usually have some kind of bad luck protection, and thank god the new Disruption does too, you can buy whatever doesn't drop from Loid.
  2. What's so great about either leeching, or carrying the team, depending purely on luck of the draw? Do you think those other players had fun, dealing 2% damage? Do you think I had fun? The answer is no, we're all just glad we're done with it for the week and got our shards and legendary arcane.
  3. You are *so* disingenuous. I don't like straight up liers, so farewell.
  4. My dude, there is a minimum floor for what an Arcane can be worth, because it is possible to disenchant them and get actually useful ones from it. Empower is at rock bottom. Guess which of these is Secondary Deadhead, Secondary Dexterity, and Cascadia Empowered (yeah, the same person is the top buyer for 2 of them)? Yeah, 21 Empowered go for 16 plat, despite the other two being literally free garbage drops that people had in the hundreds or thousands sitting in their inventory before enchanting was a thing. Somehow Empowered is worth less than free. Because it's *that* bad.
  5. I can tell you that they do not work for sentinels, so I assume no specters either.
  6. Last time I checked Equilibrium and purple shards don't benefit from increased health orb effectiveness. Only "big health orbs", like the ones from Dispensary, give more energy than normal because they have a base value of 100.
  7. You see, people usually don't stick around for 2 rotations of not getting to ten reactants. First rotation, nobody gets any rewards because only 7 reactant dropped, everybody leaves is how it goes.
  8. Marked for Death makes Energy Vampire an AoE instant kill. Reave oneshots at 199% strength if you use Roar (or Archon Shards), no enthralling needed.
  9. DE's "random" never actually is random. Like how people found out that Invigorations are more often for unpopular warframes - turns out the good ones have half the chance or less to appear. The Circuit went through some iterations, but if I recall correctly it will always try to give you at least 50% unowned weapons or something like that. So yeah, by picking up a weapon you make it less likely for it to appear in the future.
  10. Trinity's Energy Vampire, oneshots level 9k Eximus units. Much more powerful than what I suggested, still not an issue. Revenant's Reave, oneshots level 9k non-Eximus in an AoE, still not an issue. Garuda's Blood Orb, oneshots level 9k in an AoE, also not an issue, An ability that deals 35% of any enemies health is never going to be a problem, because weapons are 1000x stronger, faster, and cost no energy.
  11. No, they are buying in bulk to disenchant them and get Arcane packs from Loid. Nobody actually wants these.
  12. Empowered is trash and accordingly sells for less than 1 plat. Those are facts. Whatever you're doing is either coping or strawmanning. A crappy MR 4 weapon does not make a crappy endgame Arcane good, period.
  13. For context, the very same vendor who sells Empowered also sells the Laetum, one of the absolute most powerful guns in the game, except it costs vastly less than 21 Empowereds. And you're out there pretending like it's reasonable to forgo the Latum and put 21 Empowereds onto the Akzani. It isn't, it is in fact complete behindbackwards madness, and it definitely doesn't make Empowered good.
  14. Cascadia Flare is rather popular for a reason, and how about you don't use an MR 4 weapon to try and justify an endgame Arcane?
  15. Take his build and replace Empowered with a real Arcane. Wow, you made his build better, it's that simple. Also replace Stunning Speed and Carnis Stinger with crit mods. Now it's *even better*. Crazy how you can just take crappy builds and make them better by removing the crap and putting in meta instead.
  16. And don't even *pretend* it's not true; People pay less than 1p for Empowered because everyone knows its garbage (it's purely for dissolving).
  17. Secondary Empowered is garbage, what kind of funky build are you even using. That thing only works on shotguns using forced procs like Toxic Lash, but then again *anything* works on Saryn with Toxic Lash. A literal MK 1 Braton can get the job done with Saryn.
  18. Acolytes have a damage cap. Critical hits exceed the cap. You deal 5x or more damage by critting, period. Stop talking out of your nose.
  19. You could simply make abilities deal "X times ability strength plus 20% of max health" or something similar. Or better yet, give them a "minimum damage threshhold" - they'll always deal at least 34% health in damage regardless of Viral procs or armor.
  20. I've actually never been offered Inaros or Nidus yet, and most of the time there's the "no operator" modifier, so those are both out.
  21. No they don't. Your weapon has no crit? You put it away when the Acolyte shows up. It's that simple.
  22. The 500% delayed shield regen is a big middle finger to non-tanky warframes too. Have fun waiting 15 seconds for your shield regen while anything will oneshot you.
  23. A weapon without crit is, apart from rare exceptions with special mechanics, not something you want either way. It's going to be literally completely useless against anything with a proc cap like Acolytes, why take that handycap?
  24. Atlas has a bunch of problems: 1): Why don't you just play Khora? Her whip is much, *much* better than Landslide. Like 100 times better. Her loot augment is *also* much better. Her cat is *also* much, *much* better than the Rumblers. And her Strangledome is *also* *so* much better than Petrify, as is Ensnare - it even works on Acolytes, Petrify does not. 2) Bugged / useless / weak abilities. Petrify actually can't be aimed with the camera, but with *Atlas's head* - it'll go completely off target in some situations. Atlas can make a useless rock wall and useless rock buddies. You need to target an enemy directly with Landslide, whereas Whiplash is an AoE ability. You can't petrify Eximus units for loot (an Eximus without Overguard is already dead), while Strangledome will pick them up and grant extra loot the instant the Overguard is gone. Ore Gaze is 25% at 75 energy and just too much effort. 3) Simply put, Atlas doesn't do anything at all. Lots of weapons are better than Landslide (by, pardon the pun, a landslide), and he really doesn't do *anything* else.
