I've reported this issue to customer support quite some time ago but I see this is still an issue. Basically what the title says - with the Nvidia Shield (2015) controller connected via USB to the PC, the launcher doesn't open. There's no error, no logs. Just straight up no reaction when trying to open the launcher. Disconnecting the controller solves the issue.
