  1. Any plans for d-pad fixes on consoles? The d-pad doesn't scroll lists (like the mod list or inventory screens) Also, D-padding over an Item doesn't highlight it, meaning an extra click to read an item's description. A consequence of this is that you can't read what a gear item (like a Dragon Key) does until after you've equipped it then re-entered the equip menu. When opening a menu (like the Pause Menu) the cursor doesn't start at the top of the list. It starts at some random point on the screen, then you have to hit left on the d-pad to snap it to some random menu item, and then go up or down to your desired menu item. Any plans to make the Eidolons individually spawnable? As a Soloer, the idea of having to do all three in a row is a daunting task. I would have to block out an hour of gameplay time to even attempt it. The inability to pause on the Plains compounds the problem.
  2. I'm not talking about the "bonus xp". I mean the actual xp your amp earns in the mission. I was close to rank 30, so I popped into an Oceanum run and hacked a vault with my operator, saw the rank 30 popup, and aborted mission. On the mission failed screen my amp was still rank 29.

Was it the dev's intention to make Arbitrations strictly more difficult for Solo players? We can't use the revive mechanic anyway, so the enemies scale faster with no added benefit. 4. Tennocon Baro relay will bring it if you want to buy the ticket.

  6. So this is just a straight up nerf to soloers, then?
  7. Any plans for D-pad fixes on console? D-pad needs to scroll lists like the Mods list. Also, d-padding over an Item needs to highlight it. This would make reading descriptions for gear items less terrible.
  8. So why exactly was Corrosive Projection nerfed? Could we have it work properly when solo, at the very least?
  9. Any plans to fix D-Pad support for consoles since the introduction of the virtual cursor? D-pad still can't scroll menus, and you can't read what a gear item does until after you equip it, among other things. Also, are there any plans to make Eidolons individually spawnable? As a soloer having to do three in a row has put me off of them, especially since I can't pause in the plains.
  10. According to Megan, any fixes to nightwave won't be applied to series 1, is this the official dev position? That means some of us will have to wait ~20 weeks for an umbral forma (assuming they make meaningful changes). I don't see why changes can't be made mid-stream. Nightwave was launched simultaneously on all platforms, there's no reason why changes can't be as well.
  11. Any plans to continue fixing Virtual Cursor/D-pad support for consoles? Whenever you open a menu (like the pause menu for example) the cursor doesn't start at the first item on the list. There's no easy way to tell what a gear item does. You have to equip the item then go back into the menu to read the item's description. D-padding over an item should highlight it allowing you to read what it does (or add a "preview" button like with skins, if you want to half-ass it). Same thing with relic refinement. Hovering/d-padding over a relic doesn't highlight it, telling you what inside of it. You have to click the relic, then you have to move the cursor over to the refinement sub menu to select exceptional/radiant/whatever and click that. If you want to refine multiples of the same relic it's even worse, because in the old system you would d-pad to your relic, click it, your cursor would automatically go over to the refinement sub-menu, then when you refined the relic, your cursor would automatically go back to the stack of unrefined relics. What's bizarre is that when selecting a relic for a mission, d-padding over the relic highlights it, but for some reason it doesn't do that in the refinement menu. D-pad still doesn't scroll menus, You have to use one stick to scroll the mod list, for example, then use the d-pad (or the other analog stick, if you're a masochist) to select the mod. If the d-pad could scroll menus it'd be a million times easier.
  12. I only have two concerns with these changes: 1) Without a booster, the average amount of void traces you get from a fissure mission is 18. Those 20 trace alerts were actually not a terrible deal. Could we have voidd traces from fissures raised from 6-30 to 10-30? 2) The alert system is basically "set it and forget it" It requires very little upkeep on the dev side (I assume). If Nightwaves have Lore and performance (v.o. and mocap) components, are we going to wind up with a Hydroid Prime trailer situation where we're stuck with stale rewards because someone is dragging their feet?
