  1. I shouldn't have to do that. In much the same way I shouldn't have to roll because I got rifted by a Limbo player. Also, no problem. I'll be ignoring you as well!
  2. I know - doesn't change the fact that we NEED an overhaul. This is just an important REMINDER of what needs doing.
  3. Improvements and fixes are always (and should be) appreciated when they arrive. That being said, the following is a reminder that there are still no fixes / solutions for the following bugs and issues that have been observed: - Arch-guns being largely mediocre in comparison to regular ranged weapons. - Nekros Shadows being affected by Renewal, thus posing a massive and unreasonable energy drain on Oberon players. - Broken firing animations for Phaedra when used as a Heavy Weapon. - Broken animations for Grattler in general. - Broken animations for Atlas' "robes": The left one tends to bunch up and push to one side when large, bulky primary weapons (like Ogris and Plasmor) are equipped. - Broken animations and fx / sfx for Sarpa if attack speed is too high. - Vauban and Wukong being generally boring and almost completely out-classed by meta DPS Frames such as Saryn, Mesa, Volt, Equinox, etc. - Saryn, Mesa, Volt, Equinox and Mag still being non-coop friendly by being able to completely dominate / nuke small defense maps with ridiculous ease. Being able to grab 200+ kills by Wave 5 on Hydron mostly with abilities while the rest of the squad gets 50 or less kills each is NOT balanced. We want to play and participate, not be bored to tears because someone decided to delete most of the enemies for us with an OP ability. - The Wolf of Saturn Six being a boring bullet-sponge and gear-check enemy that punishes players for head-shotting and who rewards us with a subpar drop table that has mods you can easily get anywhere else. Likewise, having the three Fugitives that accompany him staying invincible as long as the Wolf is still fighting is an arguably TERRIBLE design, especially considering that it can take some players up to 20-30 minutes to kill the Wolf himself. - Arguably terrible pacing and lackluster rewards for Arbitrations. - Nightwave failing to truly respect player time and commitment and being geared towards players with far too much free-time. - Host Migrations NOT pausing the game. This has been an issue for years and it can be game-breaking. - Energy colors being bugged / broken for certain Warframes, accessories, and abilities. Also, it would be really appreciated if you all could: - Allow us to, if possible, opt out of certain Warframe abilities (such as Volt's Speed and Limbo's Rift portals) by default via a game preference toggle. We can turn off Octavia's sounds for other players because of how intrusive they can be. Why not potentially intrusive abilities? - Give us manual blocking options back for melee. Because 1. stances and a couple of mods use blocking and 2. auto-blocking can be really inconvenient and irritating. - Make Ogris fun again and give it a semi-auto trigger. Make the rockets only detonate after they've traveled 6m (at least), for obvious safety reasons. - Bring back regular Alerts for players that either can't or don't want to deal with Nightwave. We players appreciate having options. - Lower the credit cost to build Ephemera to 10k credits and drop the resource costs by 90%. Also, lower the grind needed to get the things. It's a cosmetic item that does nothing but leave footprints / trails that disappear after a few seconds. Thanks for reading.
  4. Hang out around Hydron. I ran into him two times in a row this afternoon...
  5. Another suggestion. Lower the credit cost to build Ephemera to 10k credits and drop the resource costs by 90%. Also, lower the grind needed to get the things. It's a cosmetic item that does nothing but leave footprints / trails that disappear after a few seconds. I get that these are thinly veiled credit / resource sinks...but at least sinks like Hema and company are actually USEFUL.
  6. I can't speak for everyone, but I will say that I'm really sick of him. Every time on Hydron I hear that roar and see that thumbnail of him, my first thought is "FFS - Not this retarded BS again". Unless someone REALLY needs to fight that giant dumb sponge and his squad of flaming trolls, I then proceed to hit esc and select Abort Mission. I have way better and more rewarding and enjoyable things to do with my time in Warframe than deal with that.
  7. But...but...people love the Wolf of Saturn 6! Because he's really challenging! Seriously though? See that text I bolded? THIS is part of what Warframe needs right now. Enemies that are tough and can hit like a truck, but can taken done a bit easier by aiming for weak points and using abilities. Not massive, dumb sponges that ignore our abilities for arbitrary reasons. "Meh - that'll just be something I can kill in 30 seconds with a meta build. Gimme a real challenge." Then I think it's high time that DE decides to finally say no to the meta and our demand for power creep and reel us in substantially. Because real challenge comes from defeating something that's stronger than you that can swat you down with ease if you're not careful or smart.
  8. Indeed. Darn kids! *waves Machete* In before someone suggests that you need to "git gooder". You're not wrong though. However, there WILL be people that are all too happy to defend bad or questionable game design choices - because reasons / that's what a "true" fan does.
  9. Fought him 30 min ago on Hydron. Same attacks and moves. Same sponginess. Same penalties for headshots (reduced damage). Same Wolf Pack fanboys trolls Fugitives that throw molotovs all over the place like party favors and who stay invulnerable as long as Wolf Boy is still alive and wasting our time and ammo providing us with some "challenge". Same lame drop table too. Loads of fun. /s
  10. Still no fix for: - Nekros Shadows being affected by Renewal, thus posing a massive, unnecessary energy drain on Oberon players. - Broken animations for Phaedra when used as a Heavy Weapon. - Broken animations for Grattler in general. - Vauban and Wukong being generally boring and almost completely out-classed by meta DPS Frames such as Saryn, Mesa, Volt, Equinox, etc. - Volt Speed spam annoying players who dislike having other players dictate how fast they move. - The Wolf of Saturn Six being a boring, arbitrary bullet-sponge and gear-check enemy that punishes players for head-shotting and who rewards us with a subpar drop table that has mods you can easily get anywhere else. - Arguably terrible pacing for Arbitrations with reviving being arbitrarily and needlessly penalized. - Nightwave still failing to truly respect player time and commitment and being geared towards players with far too much free-time. - Host Migrations NOT pausing the game. - Energy colors being bugged / broken for certain Warframes, accessories, and abilities. Also, it would be really nice of you all to: - Give us manual blocking options back for melee. - Give Ogris a semi-auto trigger and make the rockets only detonate after they've traveled 6m (at least). - Bring back regular Alerts for players that either can't or don't want to deal with Nightwave.
  11. Any thoughts on reverting Ogris' trigger-type from Charge to Semi-auto? If user-safety is a concern...just add in a mechanism so that the rocket only explodes on contact AFTER traveling a set distance. Because people can still accidentally blow themselves up even with a charge trigger.
  12. It's gone? Huzzah! That design made absolutely no sense whatsoever!
  13. Still no fix for... Also... Is Wolf Boy STILL going to take reduced damage to the head? Are Wolf Boy's companions STILL going to be invulnerable until you can actually kill Wolfy? Are Nekros Shadows still going to punish Oberon players for using Renewal?
  14. Still no fix for: Also... Is Wolf Boy STILL going to take reduced damage to the head? Are Wolf Boy's companions STILL going to be invulnerable until you can actually kill Wolfy? Are Nekros Shadows still going to punish Oberon players for using Renewal?
  15. Not sure what the current deal is there, because I'm not farming them. That's a good question though. Mind you, my suggestion to have Toroids as a random drop in the larger shipping containers would still work as you can find said containers in decent numbers at the Spaceport.
  16. You might want to consider toning down the hostile, presumptuous attitude there. I'm sorry that my "facepalm" remark got you riled up, but I had no intent of trolling you - only expressing a little exasperation and disagreement with what you had to say. if you're convinced that I'm nothing more than a self-righteous troll, then I don't know what else to tell you... And personally attacking ME by calling me a troll for disagreeing with your post / argument is constructive?
  17. Definitely aware of that, hence my suggestion to make it so that Ogris rockets only explode on impact after traveling a minimum distance. I initially said 5m or more, but a travel distance of 12m might be better. Totally agreed!
  18. *facepalm* That's because those weapons don't use explosive warheads or use a large explosion to kill things. Thanks for underscoring how underwhelming Ogris is in comparison to some other weapons. A semi-auto trigger made the Ogris arguably more fun to use. That said, if you find yourself blowing up a lot because you're using an Ogris or similar weapon at close range...that's arguably on you for using those weapons badly. Also, extra crit on a weapon designed to blow things up? Crits are about exploiting weakness in defenses to do extra damage. Ogris is a brute force weapon that does AoE damage, so no - absolutely not. To DE: Please give the Ogris a semi-auto trigger, give it slightly better damage, and make it so that the rocket only arms itself and explodes on contact after traveling at least 5m to minimize accidents due to misuse or some clueless idiot jumping in front of you. Got the Plasmor when it came out and built a Catchmoon Kitgun 3-4 weeks ago. Also, at the risk of repeating myself, they don't use large explosions to kill things.
  19. If, lore-wise, Toroids are actually used in the construction of Raknoids, then it makes sense that Raknoids would have a chance of dropping them on death. That being said, we should also get a chance of obtaining them from, say, the larger shipping containers as well.
  20. Because they think keeping the semi-auto trigger would make a player too OP I guess?
  21. Don't see any mention of the following... So will assume it's still broken. Edit: Yup, still broken! Please fix. Also... Is Wolf Boy STILL going to take reduced damage to the head? Are Wolf Boy's companions STILL going to be invulnerable until you can actually kill Wolfy? Are Nekros Shadows still going to punish Oberon players for using Renewal?
  22. Any fixes for Wolfy taking LESS damage from headshots when compared to main body shots?
