  1. The prime version is way better than most melee weapons that don't have an arcane slot or a riven. Just the arcane slot would do it.
  2. Harkonar Scope, Sharpshooter. Metal Auger, Seeker, Seeking Force. I'd prefer Punch Through be made innate to most ST weapons, but if DE made these PT mods exilus I'd still be delighted. Kinda like how Vigilante Supplies is? My response to that would be that Vigilante Supplies was a mistake too, that probably only happened because ammo mutation is its primary affix. But Repeater Clip and its counterparts would be a bigger dps increase than Vigilante Supplies for more weapons, and much more dominant. Some of these would be pretty funny, as they're already well worth a regular slot. Sentient Surge, Double Tap, Acid Shells, Efficient Beams, and Volatile Variant come to mind immediately.
  3. It does scale with ability strength. If I raise my ability strength to 278% it does almost 3x the damage per shot, normalizing for crits. If you mean that "It doesn't scale 1:1" with Noctua, I agree. But I didn't say that, and did not mean to imply it. I do understand the "Damage: 50%" in the ability description. That's interesting, thank you. Again, I didn't say it scaled 1:1, although this time my wording should have been better. It's clear there is a cap. Based on a very quick test with a heat-biased Noctua it's got to be at at least close to 5 APS. (Although I wonder if that might go up with higher FPS.)
  4. I'm not getting my hopes up until I see something solid, but there was a bit of a tease of a tease that Caliban will be getting a look soon. https://www.youtube.com/live/aMTym46pDns?si=29KF2kyrPgWlkQN9&t=2505
  5. It makes sense to me that Wordwarden doesn't scale off ability strength, since it's already doing so indirectly. It scales off of Noctua's damage, which itself scales off of ability strength. So Wordwarden shouldn't benefit twice. (Although this isn't a rule that the game always follows.) And it's locked to the player's attack rate, so it's not surprising that RoF on Noctua itself doesn't help Wordwarden unless Dante is using Noctua to attack. It does bother me that it doesn't scale off of multishot though. What damage is it doing? It is a bummer, but I'm not surprised DE didn't want the headache of trying to balance that.
  6. 1. Tragedy's status detonation damage takes remaining duration into account, so that works. 2. The wiki and an ability tip says it's just slash, toxin, and heat. I verified gas did not work. 3. Oh yes.
  7. Yeah, pretty much. He's one of about 5 frames I regularly play in the last 6 months, but the entertainment value I get from him is basically conceptual, visual and audio design, and beefy innate tank. All four of his abilities have issues that I think might have been addressed if he'd come out at a different time. Really strikes me as a parallel with Caliban's release situation. Although to end on a more cheerful note, I'm much happier with Pillar after this week. Still could use improvements, but the enhanced LoS basically fixed what to me was its most frustrating problem.
  8. Oh, my bad. I didn't realize you'd started talking about Boar with the magazine size.
  9. Hopefully you're using Strun Prime or at least Wraith, which have 10 per mag. But if you're using a basic Strun and the +magazine perk on Bronco Prime, they even out at 6 in a magazine. However even then the pellet spread is about twice as bad on the Bronco, meaning headshots are a lot harder to make. Even worse is the Bronco only gets half the number of charges per headshot, even if you're a champ at making them.
  10. You haven't tried Bronco yet! You haven't tried Burston yet! Agreed, Torid definitely should be made to take a lot longer. :P
  11. I can't recall the results of all of them, but there are at least some others that are blocked or impeded by Overguard and often by other CC immunities. Equinox Rage, Khora Strangledome, Gara Splinter Storm and Mass Vitrify, Nezha Chakram (because it doesn't affect OG hp), Nova Molecular Prime (because it only affects health hp), and Atlas Petrify resist reduction (if it counts as "vulnerability") all have problems. The ones I recall for sure do work against Overguard are Caliban Sentient Wrath, Yareli Sea Snares, Sevagoth Reap, and Banshee Sonar. So it's sort of a mess. As far as Containment Walls goes though, yes please! It really could use the help. It's pretty funny that it doesn't work and Sea Snares does, considering how much more powerful the latter is anyway.
  12. Well that's a big subject I don't know enough about. But Melee Influence never had LoS, and I saw no evidence of it in the Sim. So until somebody comes up with evidence it's been added to it under other conditions, I'm not going to assume its presence. Seems logical, doesn't it?
  13. In the Sim I'm having no trouble propagating electric out to 20m when the arcane procs, including when LoS is blocked by the Ballroom platform. It'd probably be useful to have more details about where you're seeing the issue.
  14. Because Dante drastically increased how much team overguard people are likely to run into. Styanax and Frost could do it before, but in a lot of random squads you won't run into either. And if you do, they might not have the augments. Dante is popular, does it with his base kit, and is really good at keeping team overguard up without even trying to do it intentionally.
  15. It seems to me like they were kept in to appease Steve, primarily. :P
  16. Options // Accessibility. There is also a search bar at the top right of the Options screen.
  17. I love how it gives enemies radiation madness when they're near it. (Also it's so much better at this now than before yesterday.)
  18. That's really strange. I just checked the weapons I listed. I guess bugs are complicated things.
  19. This is still listed in Known Issues: Although I'm curious that you're not seeing it on Nami Solo, Praedos, and Prisma Skana, as these, plus Ruvox, are working for me. It's not working on Ceramic Dagger, Dual Ichor, or Innodem. And I don't have Anku, Bo, Magistar, Ack & Brunt, Hate, or Sibear built to check.
  20. Oh noes, Twin Kohmak, Marelok, Twin Rogga, Zakti, Velox, Akstiletto, Sepulcrum, Aegrit, STUG, Kulstar, Hystrix, Cycron, Brakk, Cyanex, the MIGHTY SEER, Afuris, Staticor. I'm quite fond of Fraggleguts, and Vermispicegirl. Actually the one I like the best of all is Gaze, but I can't think of a music joke to make of that one that's not horrendous.
  21. It's an AI bug, but not to specific to GoL. Many, probably all disarms can have the same effect.
  22. It's per hit. It removes shields fast in crowds or with HA combos that have multiple hits.
  23. Well, Empowered Blades exists. Although your squadmates might not appreciate it. :P
