Just made my own post about this bug. It is affecting the alt-fires of a bunch of secondaries. The Laetum seems to be like the only secondary that actually lets you use both the heavy attack and alt-fire

When using a glaive and the furis incarnon, it is impossible to activate the incarnon form. The glaive detonation only works with a double tap of the heavy melee attack button. This bug is also present with the Cyanex alt-fire, Tenet Detron alt-fire, Atomos incarnon, and Azima. The Laetum incaron works perfectly with the glaive. Unsure of how many other secondary alt-fires are affected. I have tried different keybindings, the default keybindings, as well as duplicate keybindings as an experiment. None of those resolved the issue. Only by equipping a melee weapon other than a glaive am I allowed to use the alt-fire on the mentioned secondaries.
