The hard-to-swallow pill IMO is that the Warframe community has been overrated for quite some time. Missions: Leeching In railjack, it's common practice to head to the gunnery so it looks like you're trying and then walk away. In regular missions, it was common practice to pick wukong because he was immortal so you didn't have to do anything to survive and fast so you could make up ground when the mission is over and make it to extraction before the afk penalty. AFK Listers Can't entirely blame the trade request spammers because... A lot of players turn on market then go on a spiritual journey to Tibet to find inner peace and when they return they'll field whatever trade requests people submitted and still need after being AFK for ages (this is against the warframe.market terms of service btw). List goes on and on really. The reality is: community just isn't all it's cracked up to be sorry.

I actually like the idea. I'm a min-maxer so I used to do what was mentioned and make duplicate Warframes for different highly-specialized builds that required wildly different polarities. For example, Volt is a tough beast, because he needs to be able to handle speed builds (long duration), ESO aoe builds (large range), eidolons builds (high ability str and the special augment polarity no other builds need), etc. That was feasible back then because all a Warframe needed could be bought with plat and plat is easy to farm. A few forma, a potato, maybe even a lens and you're set. Now, this approach isn't nearly as feasible because of things that can only be farmed slowly over time: Shards Umbra Forma As a result of the glacial pace we acquire this stock, it would be nice if we could apply them to one frame and have options to decide what polarities and shards are shared or exclusive to specific loadouts. One idea I saw on the forums that looked quite nice was if Umbra forma was instead a Universal polarity. This would make it much easier to consolidate builds on highly-diversifiable frames.

These are excellent points, mate. Well done. I hadn't really thought about the wild power expectation disparity in all the missions I do all that much, but there is probably something wrong with a LR4's farming lith exterminate fissures for forma bp's when it's probably not even possible to down with most frames and builds.

They made the Easter bunny ears permanent, so at least we got that going for us.

Prime Resurgence kinda killed the rare-relic market IMO. When everyone has 200 aya, any relic containing anything rare gets demolished way harder than normal once it turns up in rotation.

OP here. I was able to get Onos unlocked yesterday using Phenmor and Praedos.

The Onos Evolution V incarnon challenge is Complete one solo mission with an incarnon weapon equipped in every slot. I ran a solo mission with Dread (with incarnon)+Onos+Praedos, and it didn't trigger. I thought the bug where Incarnon Adapter weapons didn't count for this got fixed ages ago, but apparently not so I ran another solo mission with Felarx+Onos+Praedos and it still won't trigger. I'm guessing it only unlocks if Ruvox is in the mix, but I don't have that yet to test.

I'm not sure how you can be low on credits. Both of our last two thermia fractures stabilized well before the event expired; I even posted about the last one here. The result was an ez 1.4M credits every 3min for anyone who needs them and is even remotely paying attention. As for drops, you'll probably have to be more specific but overall plat is the great equalizer. Sometimes you're going to get two drops of A while someone else gets two drops of B. One trade and you both have set AB, no further farming required. I notice you haven't even logged into your warframe.market in about a year; if you're not willing to engage with the market, farms are going to feel much worse than they really are.

You intentionally subsumed a warframe with a ton of shards (including tau ones) just to try to bypass the unslotting bile cost despite a giant warning message explicitly telling you that you were gonna lose those shards as well as without first testing by subsuming a frame that only had 1x basic crappy shard to make sure it worked? Wow.

So you're saying you want all void-fissure-able mission types to be available as void fissures all the time, just sometimes they swap between lith/meso/neo/axi/requiem? So there's always a capture fissure somewhere that you can do? Maybe it could be nice, but idk it's kinda weird given that the fissure expirations are staggered. That means if your one-and-only capture fissure expires and becomes a defense mission, then you'll be without a capture fissure until the next fissure expires. Also you'll be able to predict that, if the next void fissure to expire is currently a neo interception, it will become neo capture. With sophisticated enough analysis, you'd probably be able to predict the whole schedule ahead of time before things even switch. Perhaps some of the charm of void fissures is the randomness. It also makes for mildly-interesting cost-benefit analysis. Maybe you settle for the rescue when there's no captures available. Maybe you settle for the interception when there's no defense available. Or maybe you wait and hope it comes around next rotation. Who knows?

Yeah not sure whether or not they're refunding Netracell trials on Wednesday, but I suspect this would be a good week to do Kahl; I think it's very likely the shard will be available both from Kahl's camp until Wednesday and from Cavia after the update.

Dang it's already over. :( I took it easy and only pulled about 150M this time. I figured we'd get a longer double credit event to celebrate the anniversary/tennocon soon enough so I didn't use my wildcard invigoration to shave a few seconds off each run. Plus it's the middle of the week so it's hard to fit in too many runs.

Worst farm in the game is CODEX SCANS; finally finished kuria and open world easter eggs. Next objective is to farm out the rare/reinforced zariman and cavia crates but they're very bugged and there's much much more to do after that's complete. As for Detron/Brakk I have about 40 sets of each. It might be a painful farm if you're seeking them directly, but if you just play enough pubs they kinda just happen naturally on their own so idc.

No because I stocked up on built lua lenses when DE gave everyone 5x for free and reselling them a year or two later has been quite profitable. If you need focus, I know a guy who knows a guy who can help you for a nominal fee.

Just as the game is balanced with the expectation you'll crack relics alongside others, the game is also balanced with the expectation you'll engage with the marketplace. Some people get two drops of A but 0 drops of B. Others get two drops of B but 0 of A. One simple trade and both players are fully stocked with set AB; no additional farming needed. I lose sympathy for you when you go out of your way to play this game as ass-backwards as humanly possible... and then complain about how it's "not respecting your time". It's like if your boss asked you to mop the floor so you grab a toothbrush then complain about being overworked when it takes you all day to do a half hour job. Nothing is "getting worse"; it's actually getting much better. We have Prime Resurgence now. Stock up on Aya in your off season when there are no primes you need and go on a spending spree when the frames you need get shuffled into rotation. Much easier to just buy exactly what you need in exactly the quantities you need than what we had to do before that (i.e. wait until our Primes were unvaulted and farm their relics out directly and unreliably on the spot). And there are always plenty of radshares available for whatever is in season. Also we just got done having a Prime Resurgence event where every relic was in stock for several weeks... Finally, both Trade Chat and Recruiting Chat are effectively obsolete and have been for quite some time. We have warframe.market and vaulted relic community now.

I agree that the game does not respect my time, but you're not doing it any favors by farming the part as inefficiently as humanly possible. A radiant relic in a solo run has a 10% likelihood of dropping the rare part Therefore you have a 90% likelihood of not getting the rare part Since each trial is independent, that means you have a (0.9)19 = 13.5% likelihood of not getting any rares at all in 19 runs This means you're more likely to not get any rares in 19 runs than that you would get the rare on your first try A radiant relic in a 4-man radshare run has a 34.39% likelihood of dropping the rare part This is a 65.61% likelihood of not dropping the rare part in a 4-man radshare To not get the rare part in 19 runs would be a (0.6561)19 = 0.03% likelihood of not getting any rares at all in 19 runs This is only about 5x more likely to occur than for you to be struck by lightning in your lifetime. There's a reason there are clans with exclusive clan gear and missions with key and relic sharing, and this is that the game's progression isn't balanced around purely solo play.

I'm fuzzy on the details, but IIRC there's two kinds of punchthrough. One of them that does what you describe and goes through most barriers (like Ignis Wraith or Zenith punchthrough) and most other types of punchthrough that only penetrate soft targets like bodies. I'd test again but using enemies as the blocker.

I don't like them. I don't like feeling I have to use X with Y. For me, it's an even bigger problem with the new merged Archon Shards that give lots of bonuses to specific status effects, because now it largely restricts usage of that entire frame to specific weapons built for specific elements. It's all very binding and feels like a house of cards that can fall apart if even one element of the combination gets nerfed or omitted.

Honestly now that I'm like one Incarnon Adapter away from having everything in Duviri farmed out (I slotted even on the non-prime variants) I kinda wanna just forget Duviri exists entirely.
