  1. So my progress for gyre has been neuroptics  before hotfix, bp and chassis within 30 minutes after, and systems took about 3 hours to get. So it’s better but worth waiting until you get a mission that doesn’t take forever to even bother with it.

If it wasnt for the constant blabbering of the lich I'd probably have one active 24/7, but as it is, even Ordis is like a wet dream to listen to in comparison to the lich.

Would be fun if your game just gives up and dies with the message "error: loot overflow" when you one day kill your lich. 😛

"If a poison does not poison it is not a poison. If a killer does not kill they are not a killer. Conclusion: You are not very good at your job."

Oh, this mother f*cker got jokes  😄

I just think they should have gone the middleway with the Lich thing. Just have you fight him once, that would be a far more sensible timesink than converting or vanquishing him. It would require a few tiles being cleared and the RNG impact of it would be so much smaller.

Now with how it is planned and some bad luck, that single act will take as much time as a full clear of the NW acts for the week. A decent run 2 thirds or so and a good lucky run about 1 third.

Yeah I think fighting your lich would be a fine middle ground for most people with a whole heck of a lot of time saved especially if you happen to be starting from scratch. Funny enough, my current lich has been with me for about 3 months, though I did guess the first 2 requiems correctly on my first pass and had his third in about 30 minutes so I could have disposed of him pretty quickly. I was just saving him in case the challenge to kill or vanquish came before I hit 30 which it didn't. At this point he's taken so much stuff from me I sort of just want to hold onto him for a huge payday a year from now 😄

There is a difference between something taking a few minutes more and something taking 1h+ more than anything else.

An avarage lich run from start to finish takes at minimum 45 minutes in a group when you have perfect luck up to 2+ hours if RNG is against you. Eidolons and PT take a matter of minutes and can be optimized by simply picking the right gear. Liches are an RNG mess that you cannot plan ahead for. Not so much a trouble on their own, but a big one when used in systems such as NW.

This is all after they also removed 60m survival, which took a maximum of... 60 minutes. It makes no logcial sense to add something that may take up to 2 hours or more to clear if you have poor luck.

I don't really disagree with you about the amount of time relative to other challenges. But just my personal opinion that I don't see the need to make it reward more standing. If it makes you feel better just think of everything together averaged out. For every 5 elites you can burn through really fast, you'll have 1 or 2 that require a little more investment of your time. For nightwave being basically a battle pass, you've got to agree that it's way less of a time suck and more accessible in general than other games with similar systems. We'll see what they do next intermission and if they decide to remove it completely. I think this one is probably here to stay though.

The lich acts arent well planned since they dont really take time vs reward into account. The whole defeat a lich act that will come sooner or later should grant far more than most other acts given their time to complete in comparison to anything else.

By this logic, nothing should grant the same amount of standing. There’s some elites that take 1/4 the time of a weekly. If people don’t find it worth their time just skip it. What’s 7k in the grand scheme of things? Also, with the acts awarding standing now, there’s even more incentive to just skip what you don’t feel like doing.

     that few, if any like.

Like it's been said many times on these boards, you're going off your own opinions assuming it's the majority. Has Lunaro even been part of nightwave yet? I don't recall having challenges for that in the past but maybe I'm mistaken. I enjoy Railjack and the only actual challenge at this point in just building one, but you don't even need to have your own. The challenges are a breeze. The only thing stopping somebody from doing those is if they simply don’t enjoy the mode but it's no reason to get rid of them. The lich stuff you can just plan ahead. The way they've introduced the challenges so far has been pretty much walking people through the lich process as if you were starting a new one and by the time the "kill or convert your lich" challenge comes, you should be ready to take care of them. They could have been really sinister and had that as one of the first challenges.

  7. I thinks its boosters this month so I’m sure they’ll be up at some point. Pretty sure you should have until the next twitch prime drop happens to claim it so I don’t see it being a big deal if you can’t claim it right away. If they skip this month I don’t see the issue either. It’s free stuff and we get it when we get it.

  8. I haven't really run eidolons since they changed the mechanics a bit and I had every intention of just skipping that one this week but decided to give it a shot last night. Managed to do it solo with a lot of swearing towards the end of the Hydrolyst fight. Like others said though, either just skip it or run with a squad. Even if you have 1 or 2 people there that are only leeching for the challenge, having another competent person there to help is nice.

  9. One reason I miss Vauban’s bounce pad in the off chance I was using him and had somebody AFK hiding in a spot on a map. Bounce them into the fight and watch them die. Good times. His boost pad just doesn’t work as well.

On a side note you should never get your railjack within 10k meters of those additional objectives if your solo. I usually park mine well outside the 10k mark and archwing to them that way the ramsled issue is never part of the equation. Yes its tedious to unlock a radiator and run clear back to entrance but its alot better then your ship half dead on fire and populated when you omni back to it.

At least 4500m is a safe distance. I think they tend to fire around the 4000m mark.

my problem is I want to understand others and also make myself understood.

I get it, but usually people like that are more dense than a brick wall 😄

Well, maybe I'm just overly sensitive then?

I've had people screaming bloody murder at me just because they didn't like my prices, and after typing quite a lot to explain why I can't go lower, I found I've been put on their ignore list. Then I had one player who I agreed on a price with, I was already in their dojo, on the trading screen, I even had the item, and they had the platinum in the trading window. Then the player cancelled the trade and left, after asking what was the problem, I discovered I was, yet again, ignored. And I'm not mad because I can't sell my stuff to them, I just can't believe why is everyone so fond of the ignore function, they keep pushing that damned button like a thirsty rat in a Skinner box.

I just got irritated again, only by thinking of these situations 😡

I had some guy message me calling me a noob and an idiot because my price for zephyr right after she was vaulted should be at least 150 plat and not the 40-50 I was selling her for. I was like, I don't think you understand how the market works, especially the PS4 market. Don't let few few a*holes turn you off on selling though, I'm sitting at over 2,000 platinum right now and I buy a ton of skins from the market so I do pretty well. I generally don't have too many problems with people. My advice for the ones that send idiotic messages to you in just close the tab and don't bother responding.

Huh, interesting. The PS4 trading community must be a toxic dungheap compared to the PC community then!

They're just cheapskates that beg and scoff at fair prices. I've gotten some pretty hilarious DM's in game before. For the most part it's not too bad, just have to ignore a few rotten apples.

You're missing some other stuff. Max non-founder is 5999 to 29. I should get 29 once I get Protea.

(Also whoever asked: K-drives don't need to be gilded, but the starter one gives no mastery and won't show you where the races are.)

They probably forgot about the Railjack. That was the last thing I maxed and that got me to 5999. And also, this topic is ridiculous, I bet OP is a blast to hang out with.
