Aren't vessel capillaries supposed to be affected by resource boosters? or any of the loot frames?

Tap/Hold is the simplest answer and therefore the right one.

It's about time we leave stat sticks behind for good. Some players will be pissed that stat sticks will be going away, with the thousands of plat spent on a now useless riven or in the worst case scenario, multiple rivens, but it's the right decision for the long term health of the game.

Encountered the same problem with the primetime yesterday, watched the whole thing, and oull mod wasn't marked as obtained because, ... something, today watched the whole stream too. twitch marked both drops as obtained still no inbox message from either stream.
Edit: Twitch and warframe accounts were linked during stream but for some reason twitch didn't notify DE of the drops. Re-linking accounts helped to resolve the problem, but warframe website is more spaghetti code than the game so it took some convincing button smashing to unlink accounts.

I've been on a conservation kick/binge for the past 3 days on all 3 open worlds, and despite my best efforts, the vaporous undazoa is incredibly rare at spawning, "day" or "night".

I was running a hijack mission on Europa when i noticed the hijacked vehicle had no bubble, but when it did, sometimes it didn't affect wukong in any way.
Same problem with nullies. No effect on wukong.
I experienced the "Out of bounds" bug where you're sent somewhere outside of the level you're currently playing.

Hopefully this is the right place to post something like this, sorry if it isn't. I don't know if this is a new bug or an old one that came back, but i found out today that you can't link the rakta dark dagger in chat and it doesn't appear in any profile either, unless you maxed it. i spent the last hour or so looking for the other unlinkable weapon, it's the MK1-Furis, but i don't know if you have to max it to be able to link it, though.

Are you delaying Fortuna launch because of garuda, or bugs? both? Or something else entirely?

First of all, thank you for creating this game mode, it's awesome, but I encountered a problem:
I had the bonus effect on my rhino yesterday, roar was awesome to use, but iron skin didn't scale up with strength even with +300% strength, it only got to 5,6k.
Synthesis scanner doesn't show up when selected in-game

The same happens to me, ever since the server upgrades matchmaking is a straight nightmare. this happened sometimes before but not this frequently. most of the people that try to invite me fail because i'm "offline" and the reverse is the same. will we see a hotfix soon?

First of all, congrats to [DE] for making this game.
I noticed a few days ago that the warframe energy calculations are wrong, i don't know if DE knows this or if i'm the only one complaining, or maybe if i'm the first finding this "error". Here's the problem. Let's take Inaros 150 Energy at level 30 with Flow maxxed gets to 300, but since it's in percentages it should be 375 energy, so we're 75 energy short, Proven by math:
150+150%=150+150+75=375 energy
Now the primed flow rank8 because that's what i have. gives 225% energy which in ingame maths equals 375 but we know that's not possible. so how short are we? Let's see:
150+225%=150+150+150+37,5 = 487,5 energy
So we're short of 112,5 energy. So in conclusion, either [DE] fixes this by implementing the percentages in calculations (please do this one) or removes it from the mods (please, don't do this one)
To anyone comfortable enough to call me out on my math, please do so. I too failed math.
Last Somachord Location in The Sacrifice

Recently, I noticed i didn't have the Sacrifice Somachords so after about 2 hours i got 4 of them, but i can't find the last one. Anyone know where is it? If it doesn't spawn do i have to abort mission? Is the somachord bugged, prevent it from spawning?
