  1. It's been almost an hour of waiting and this defense target has still not recovered. As soon as I kill off these few enemies who are stuck in this terrible corpus defense tileset, it'll get btfo in one minute, and I'll have to spend another hour waiting for the numbers to go up. I just wanted to clear some SP nodes I've been dreading/putting off. Now I'm too deep, I don't want to have to restart. Pablo said something along the lines of "Defense is hard to balance, it can be way too easy or way too hard..." and I can't agree with him more. It's almost as if it's a bad gamemode :) I like that it forces squads to stay together, but the fact that 'number go down' is a mission fail state makes it really uninteresting. Mission progression being tied to the number of enemies killed vs. time spent defending (as in mirror defense) seems like poor design. And obviously the repair rate is ridiculous. Speaking of repair rate, my defense target is finally back up to full health. Wish me luck!
