  1. I'm really enjoying the Pennant. It's a mean lookin' blade, and it's got a fun gimmick that works well with the light/heavy hybrid builds I like to make.

But Wise Razor's not particularly fun. Is it good? Yeah. It's got some nice forced slash procs and all that good stuff.

However, its gap-closer isn't particularly outstanding (Calling Thunder), and it's missing an entire combo. Which isn't total dealbreaker for me, but I like having the option to use all four.

For what it's worth, the moves in Wise Razor LOOK awesome with the little flourishes and whatnot.

  2. It's a real PITA to recruit when I can't click on people's names to whisper them.

Or give advice to people when I can't click their builds.

Hotfix asap please, this should've never shipped like this.

    • TYPE: Visual bug
    • DESCRIPTION: Nikana Zaws appear to have a sheath regardless of Visible while Holstered toggle. This results in a sheath always being present on the Warframe (even if Holster Visibility OFF), and a duplicate Sugatra when toggled ON. Also applies to any skins equipped.
    • VISUAL:
Visible while Holstered off (note the missing blade, Sugatra still present):

Visible while holstered on (note the duplicate Sugatra):

      Spoiler

    • REPRODUCTION: Equip a Nikana zaw.

    • EXPECTED RESULT: Sheath disappears when Visible while Holstered toggled OFF

    • OBSERVED RESULT: Sheath always present. Always there, its hateful silhouette jutting out from the darkest depths of your nightmares. You question the life decisions that led to the moment that you crafted the accursed blade. It consumes your every thought, driving you to the brink of madness; but never quite allowing you the vacant bliss of insanity.

    • TYPE: Weapon/mod interaction with enemy
    • DESCRIPTION: Firing a Miter equipped with Neutralizing Justice consumes ALL blades despite the mod specifically stating "Each miter blade has a +90% chance to immediately destroy a Nullifier field."
    • VISUAL:
    Spoiler

    9RRxsv8.png

    9RRxsv8.png

    • REPRODUCTION: Equip Miter with Neutralizing Justice and Multishot mods. Shoot a Nullifier Bubble.
    • EXPECTED RESULT: First blade to proc instantly destroys Nullifier Field, rest continue through and can hit the Nullifier Crewman or any other enemy formerly protected by the Nullifier Field.
    • OBSERVED RESULT: All blades consumed upon impact with Nullifier Field. Upon closer inspection in Captura, seems that they bounce off the no-longer-existing Nullfier Field.
    • REPRODUCTION RATE: 100%

I'm not sure WHEN this bug (assuming bug, could be stealth nerf, hoping not) happened but I'd made a topic about it here, which would place it around Saint of Altra/Atlas prime:

    Spoiler

Saint of Altra changed Miter over to PBR textures. Not sure if that's relevant, as the change may have happened prior.

TL;DR: Neutralizing Justice now consumes ALL miter blades when colliding with a Nullfier bubble. It USED to only consume 1 blade (assuming the effect procs) while the other blades continued through to eat that shieldy bastard alive in one shot. It was INCREDIBLY heinous satisfying. Please revert.

Wow. That's... wow. They really are completely reinventing status effects.

    Thank you for the info.

No problem. I'm a bit worried though, as it's effectively an indirect nerf to slash. Slash is 4x LESS likely to proc now except on weapons that can force proc (melee stances, Hunter Munitions, etc.)

I also take issue with the fact that it was described as removing a 0.25x multiplier to elemental procs, when the community clearly understands it as a 4x multiplier to IPS procs.

    Quote

    Total Proportional Damage = (Impact + Slash + Puncture) × 4 + Elemental + Elemental + ...

    (From https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Status_Effect)

Sure, it may be coded that way internally, I don't know. Just seems a disingenuous way to represent it.

Impact is far more common than Blast and as a physical damage type it has 4x the chance of proccing.

They changed that. All status effects have an equal chance to proc now. Check patch notes:

In addition, we’ve removed 0.25x Multiplier for Elemental Status Effects, meaning all Elemental Status Effects are 4x more likely.

Since the shotgun status numerical changes are inconsistent (e.g. exergis didn't change at all), can we please have a list of all the shotgun changes, akin to the arcane changes?

As a console player who's not gonna have access to this update for probably at LEAST a month, yes please. I'd like to see the stats so I can actually participate in the discussion.

The Astilla never did self damage so why add the new blast flinch / knockback mechanic to it?  It just ruined the gun somewhat.  But what made it WORSE was reducing it status chance from 55.1% DOWN TO 33%!  WHAT THE HELL?!

The Astilla always had 33% status chance. The UI isn't reflecting "fake" status from multishot anymore.

If you're gonna take to a feedback thread and make an entire page in bright red text, you could at least check your math first.

Well this was a blatant lie.  How does increasing my kuva brakk's status chance by 3x result in its status chance being less than a third of what it was before

It's not a blatant lie, you just didn't read the patch notes.

The arsenal is now displaying your per-pellet status chance. It used to display your per SHOT status chance (meaning across 10 pellets you had a 37% chance to proc a status). If the same UI was in place prior to this patch it would have read 3.7% status chance.

Disclaimer: I'm a console pleb, so I'm unable to test anything. YMMV

I wonder how they added Atlas prime for all platforms (PC and consoles) all at the same time, but fail to put in arbitration changes for consoles?

New primes get added to the game in a patch prior to release. They just hotfix in the relic drops. That's how they kept getting leaked early for so long.

  9. It's my understanding that console won't be receiving the Arbitration rework (and the Gauss buffs) until mainline. I think this is a HUGE mistake.

PC players have had plenty of time to stockpile Vitus Essence via the additional drops from Arby Shield Drones as well as the 3x bundles on the new mission drop table. We've known for a week now that Grendel will cost Vitus Essence for his mission keys (25 per if I have my info right), but PC has been drowning themselves in the Yellow Nitain for almost six weeks.

For me, as a console player, to get up to the 75 Vitus needed for all three keys would take twelve goddamn hours (probably a little under 6 if I only do excavations) if I want to start Grendel's missions on day one (which, believe me, I do).

Look. I'm on console. I'm MR27, I've been playing for two years now. I've learned to be patient, even though a lot of things (Tennogen) get delayed. But this just seems outright unfair. And please feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken about the patch being pushed back until mainline, I'd be very, VERY happy to be wrong.

    Thanks for reading.

  10. Would really be helpful to have a rough idea of how long my ice patches are up, even if it's only tracked by most recent cast. Of course, Frost could use a UI overhaul for tracking multiple Snow Globe healths at the same time as well, but that's another story. Thanks!

Vaguely related but not really relevant to this board: I really think Ice Wave Impedance should be what Ice Wave does by default. Maybe make the augment cause a knockdown to enemies entering the area (like they slip on the ice or something). Bonus points for hilarious banana-peel animations.

  11. I'd like to have an emissive color for my operator. I like to do black & red energy because it looks more ethereal, but changing primary color to black wrecks my fashion by turning off all the glowy bits on the operator. I'd love to get emissive channels like the Warframes have.

    TIA ❤️

  12. I noticed this because I failed the sortie twice today because I had transmissions muted. Since this audio cue is absolutely mission critical, could it be moved to a different slider? Like Speech Volume?

Also, could we get a subtitle for this? Or some kind of visual indicator for those who are hearing impaired or just like blasting loud music? Thank you!

  13. I was playing Atlas in a Corpus Arbitration Survival and noticed that sometimes enemies were no longer targetable by Landslide after being Radiation procced with my Mara Detron despite there not being an Arbitration Drone nearby or in any way tethered to them. I specifically noticed this with Corpus Techs, but it may have affected other enemies as well.

I couldn't reproduce this in Simulacrum, but my suspicion is that an enemy being rad procced after having the drone buff removed may be causing this.
