Emolition

I had problems with 2 fights in the whole quests the first one where i tried to play defensive and parry but failed so went aggressive and just E spammed them all to death. Then one bigger fight later on that had me also having to go really aggressive to stay alive for trying to parry cost to much health just standing waiting for someone to attack while the use powers on you in the meanwhile.

it unlocks after the quest. Then you get 3 frames a week to pick 1 track for i finished the track really fast to get all 10 rewards.

Deppends on how many frames you own but circuit can be good way to skip some of the more annoying grinds deppending if all base frame will be in rotation. Circuit is 100% warframes only.
