    Wait... but you have SP unlocked (all nodes cleared & talked to Teshin about  "Steel Path?"?
    I thought you haven't cleared whole SP version (so do I) but I can buy them in the market. If you have SP unlocked and access to relay (Teshin & his shop) then I have no idea.

    No exp. They do AoE damage/status + some buffs. For example Telos boltor mentions "Truth" effect:
