1.- When playing Iliad, Phobos I approached the boss fight while being invisible (Loki) and I started slashing at Kril with a Tipedo, weirdly enough after 2-3 hits I performed a stealth attack and after that he didn't move at all or shoot.
2.- When playing a T2 capture while using a Marelok, if I reloaded and then cancelled the animation by picking up the capture target I'd get stuck in place and couldn't do anything until I died and revived. (I could consistently replicate this bug this way, I didn't try it with other weapons but a friend of mine also got stuck while sliding and trying to capture) -

This is a common grineer build, you can change to Corrosive for infested or Magnetic/Toxic for Corpus

Same as above, you may change the elemental combos as you desire (reach here is just because I hate the range on the weapon but it's just a personal pref.)

Here you just need straight up damage, you can put 2 elemental combos (Radiation/Viral for grineer, Corrosive/Blast for those pesky ancients, or you can go Corrosive and Fire for more overall damage against light units and finally Magnetic/Toxic for the Corpus)

Go with the usual: damage, aspd and mix in some elemental of your choice depending on the faction you're against (Radiation for grineer, Magnetic for corpus and Corrosive for infested). Don't put crits on it by any stretch of imagination.
But despite all that don't get your hopes too high up, the weapon has a subpar fire damage that doesn't mix up too well in those elemental combos, it's basically a nice looking weapon to have in your arsenal. -
been going through this as well -_- trying to finish my bo prime has become such a pain with so many blank rewards
The Bo prime is the only weapon I haven't leveled up yet and I'm afraid of using my T4 exterminates because of this...

I'm pretty sure that Volt's shield also blocks the hooks.
"Be careful of the Scorpion as her Grappling Hook can still catch you and drag you out of cover."
From the wiki, and since the hook they have is pretty much the same thing...

Too bad for the infested, Zephyr is my favorite frame currently. Turbulence blocks the hooks.
Well since the OP is using Volt I'd say my point stands, using Zephyr for that matter would be like running Rhino = easy mode.

Yes, as far as I know it's possible (I've done it with a friend). If it doesn't work you can always trade the key to the host if you know him.

As I read the community spotlight I understood that what you made of a clan is what I'd like it to be, not a place to get all the new weapons, not a place to always get that first place at the expense of everything else but a place to have fun and share with people with siimilar interests.
As of right now the clan I'm in is being mantained entirely by me which is pretty sad, I do get to talk to people here and there but the activity is close to nothing (we play other games and use voice chat via Razer Comms, but nobody plays much warframe)
With over 1000 hours under my belt and and maxed out Mastery Rank I'm looking for new goals for myself and settiling in a nice clan with this kind of focus has been in my mind for a long time.
If you by any chance are interested and send a pm, let me know in advance if you'd like me in, since I have to leave my former clan and make preparations for it.

I myselft have a GTX 780 with EVGA cooler, and I had the same options that you but the kicker is the OC capabilities if you're an avid OCer go for the 780 no doubt, it can go all the way up to levels close to the 780Ti which is pretty beastly imo. The 760/770 have a better price/power in stock and it ultimately depends if you want to spend the extra money or not.
TL;DR: GTX780 if overclocking // GTX 770 if not overclocking // GTX 760 if not overclocking and would like to save a bit more money without much loss

If you don't have the arcane helmet, you can take off Continuity for a 2 rank Streamline, for that extra 15% efficienty, it's really up to you.As many have stated above me, Nyx doesn't need power duration, in fact she needs less power duration to be able to cast Chaos more often and keep more enemies CC'd (Why the continuity then? Because we don't wanna go overboard and mostly because we have Mind Control which is awesome (albeit a little situational)).
Health imo is not needed if you really know how to move around (hence the sprint mod) but in the end it's up to personal preference (you can also put Flow in there instead of either of those 2 if you run out of energy too fast, but I doubt it... you'd have to run Absorb for a whole minute and a half straight to run out of energy or cast Chaos 477 times in a row :D)

Boar prime has terrible ammo efficiency but a brutal dps. Mostly because of that my go to shotgun is the sweeper(jk, strun wraith :P)

Yea, kinda kills having more than one kubrow...needs removal
Maybe not removal but a bit of tweaking, maybe lower it to like 1 hr? or so, it'd be more bearable.

Well as stated in the title I went to a T4 exterm that my friend invited me and we got no rewards (at least visible ones). I checked my inventory and the drop tables and I could have gotten maybe a forma bp (have a lot so I don't keep count of those) but other than that I can't confirm that I got something from that mission.

Sadly you gotta think about certain scenarios where this could potentially be detrimental (ODD come to mind, puting one vortex on each side of the pod so poison can't get to it is a common practice and merging both vortexes would be bad).
The problem is beyond vortex itself, vauban has been a really laggy frame for a while and the server problem is entirely up to the host (until we get those dedicated server everyone seems to want)

Yeah, did that and today they released a hotfix for that but I still don't have it. All that is left is wait for support to answer back

So I got my Sunika Kubrow a couple days ago but got only one of the precepts (Savagery) is this supposed to happen? I've read about people getting both precepts (which imo should be the way to go, I mean you're waiting for the same time as a warframe to finish building so they should give you the starting mods for it)

Same thing happened to me. I did pretty much the same that you did (I saw the upgrade afterwards).
Also, you can't take other kubrows out of stasis due to the active slot being used by well... nothingness
